This place is horrible. We called made an order and when I arrived the order was wrong the lady said no you didn't say your drinks without ice so then I said yes we did can you please do it again with no ice so she comes back and tells me oh it's 15 something when she had already said 13 and I go " I'm sorry I thought you said 13 something she's like no it's 15 " so then I say oh can I please have the receipt which she gives me but I don't check it till I pull out of the window she got charged two extra dollars so I tell my sister let me go back and see what the two $ are about she tell me that it is because we got drinks without ice . They charged two dollars on top of 3$ for each drink can you believe 8$ in two drinks because they had no ice. On top of that she explains because the machine doesn't give her more. Are you serious? On top of that the drink tasted like nothing so I said I don't want it I will not pay 4$ for a drink she said I can't give you your money back. So I get mad and say why did you lie to me when I told you I thought you said 13 and you go no it's 15 if you would have said it will be extra I would of said no thanks. At that point my sister says lets just go so we did but I'm still mad can't stand it when people lie to me in my face like are you serious . For the food, just make sure you know what is supposed to be on your plate. I've gone on weekends and weekdays and the food has tasted different. The two stars are for service. If you eat in, be prepared to order ahead what you want to drink, the time varies from when they take your order to when they visit again. The third is important, please check your receipt to make sure you got the correct order. The waitress may mess up and when you go to pay, the cash register person who watches everything will charge your card, then "remember" your actual order because the server made a mistake, argue with the server loudly in front you, it was embarrassing as if you did something wrong and then only to turn around and ask for more money since what she charged your card was the incorrect amount. Though the servers are always quick to pick up the tip. The register staff did keep my card and the receipt hostage while she was arguing loudly with my server. I'd rather not go thru this experience again. I've come a few times with my parents, my sister comes here often and so do my aunts, I may skip meals going forward. Went here for lunch with my supervisor and coworker and couldn’t find parking. Parked next door. The inside of the restraunt looked nice. It was packed and very loud. They seemed to be short staffed. The hot sauce was decent. The queso tasted like American cheese. Took about an hour to get our food, (after the waitress who we could barely hear was complicating the order) and when it arrived, it was very cold and some of it wasn’t cooked correctly so it had to be sent back. I was having a hard time communicating with the waitress since she didn’t speak English or loud enough and I don’t speak Spanish. So I asked my coworker to translate to her if we could speak to the manager and she said that he was over at the bar so I had to get up to go talk to him and I asked him to come to the table and he was very professional and helpful and in the end our issues were resolved.
