We've been there before and really never felt good, you know, just a business-like exchange of food for money, very formal, but tolerable. This last time the kid behind the counter was very cold, did not say a word, just stared. So we ordered six subways to go and he began to reluctantly prepare them. He was almost done when other customers with smaller orders came in, and even though they received the same detached, droid-like treatment, their food was prepared ahead of ours. When the fourth customer left the place with their orders, I asked him why he was delaying ours, if all he had to do was wrap. He just stared at me, not saying a word. I told my wife that we could probably get more of a reaction or facial expression out of a goldfish. He went back to preparing the food for the fifth customer. We will never again set a foot on this place. I guess subway employees are still secretly mad that Jared Scott Fogle went to jail and they take their anger out on...
Read moreCame in with family and friends about 8:40pm on a Sunday. We knew they closed at 10pm. The 2 ladies working kicked us out at 9:15pm and said they needed to close the lobby. Not to mention I was waiting on a pretzel and when it was ready, the young lady yelled so loud from across the lobby for me to come get it. I didn't mind getting up, but she didn't have to yell at me the way she did. We asked for the managers name and they said they couldn't give it to us. POOR customer service all around.
Also on a separate visit during the day, a male worker could care less that his GUN was all out in the open and visibly showing from his belt line.

Read moreCall and started to order my food. They responded if I was ordering. So I said what does it look like I was doing and they answered they didn’t know. And that they didn’t have time to play and I said I didn’t either. I never had any problems before but come to fine out that it was the Manager I was talking to because I got off my car and went inside to talk to the Manager about this. She then apologized and said she couldn’t hear me on the phone and I replied that is what she should have stated at first not just hang up on me. I told her that by treating customers like this she might get fire, she replied she doubt it. This will be my last visit here at 2043...
