Lee's Tahitian Restaurant & Lounge — Restaurant in Pasco

In my experience with both locations some of the staff are nice and the new staff in the office are very disrespectful and degrating to most customers. Ive seen other employees who work there yell at the guest when they are not supposed to be treating people in that manner especially if your trying to be a professional. This is not that place. The drinks are very cheap and yet really good for the price. Very strong actually. The music and karaoke is horrible. Some of the bar food is over priced and just plain nasty and unsanitary. The restaurant food is a lot better but still over priced. They have dimsum which is a good thing because no other place does but its not that great taste wise. There was new management there who talked bad about every employee there infront of guest which was very unprofessional and I even seen the manager and his wife (some bald guy and short Mrs know it all lady) drunk in the office several times. I mean why do the owners allow this? A few months ago there was about three people who worked in the office before them and everyone loved them because they were professional and very nice people (two younger guys and another lady). I noticed that they quit because new management cant keep there mouths shut obviously by telling the whole world and im pretty sure from what i saw that they were being miss treated by new management and I dont blame them for leaving. Its sad that the owners let those two evil people run there company to the ground. At least thats where its going compared to a few months ago. The rooms are dirty and the sheets and pillows are nasty and old. One guy told me he stayed there all the time and the TV on the wall was unprofessionally mounted and fell off the wall and almost landed on his head! Wow.. And others said the same thing happened more than once. Theres drugs and shootings all the time. Some break ins here and there and many people have died inside those rooms. I could keep going on and on but I think ill stop before I make the company look worse than they are. Honestly they should just tear it down and build something worth the space....

👎👎👎👎👎👎I would have given "0" stars if it would let me. I just tried calling 4 times in a row to make sure my order was correct after placing an order online with Uber Eats. It was so loud that I couldn't even talk to you to her, so she hung up on me every time. I understand it's not her fault it's so loud and very busy, is there no other way to take a phone order?? I had to literally scream into the phone, and she still couldn't hear me. I hope my order is correct, how am I supposed to get through to them? I hope manager or employee sees this soon.

So I just got my food, I ordered the Combination Three, broccoli beef, sweet n sour chicken and deep fried prawns. Upon opening it most of what I see is chicken and deep fried prawns. I had to dig around for 3 very small pieces of beef (I took pics right away). I called and was able to get through. I first off explained how I called 4 times earlier when I placed my order to make sure my order was correct, but the lady couldn't hear me from all the noise, then I proceed to tell him how I am very disappointed of there only being 3 little pieces of beef, he interrupts me, and proceeds to explain that it doesn't matter that I only got 3 little pieces of beef because I got other meat with it (chicken, shrimp) and that made up for the lack of beef apparently. I'm mostly upset about his mannerism, he was very rude, and would not let me get a word in after he took over the conversation and told me he was not going to do anything about it. I will never eat there ever again just for that...

We went into the T Room to get some drinks and celebrate my fiance's birthday. We were ignored for 15 minutes. I said "hi" to both of the bartenders twice, and got no response. When I said it again, I said "how are you?" and the bartender just looked at me like what do you want. So I told her, she poured it and asked if we wanted to start a tab. We did, then she went back to ignoring us. After about 45 minutes we were trying to leave to go somewhere else, and I had to go find her just to pay. And after I found her and politely asked if we could pay, she still took another 6 minutes to come to the register. We were the only ones in there. And as she was cashing us out, she was complaining about other customers and her personal life and that's very unprofessional.
