Well we're do I start. Not much of a sushi place felt like a Cafeteria ordered up at the counter and paid first no prices on menu. I can get past this if the food was good. But that Being said the food was terrible! The Worst I ever had. I've been a sushi fan for 40 years. Ordered 4 different types of nigeri sushi and 3 sushi rolls. All The sushi rolls Phil apart before you even pick them up it. was terrible. The Mexican roll was the size of a Burrito deep fried in Fell apart You could not eat it with chopsticks. Each piece of the role was 4 times bigger than what you could put in your mouth. It looked like it blew up in the deep fryer way to much rice. Oh and the rice on everything was mush like Instant rice that's been sitting all day in a wet pan. Sushi means vinegar rice .... no vinegar. I thought The nigeri sushi would be pretty easy to do. But it had a racquetball size piece of rice. With little fish. Not sure what you could call this place. But it's not a sushi restaurant by far....
Read moreFirst time trying this restaurant. It was good. It satisfied a desire. But if you want more authentic sushi I would look elsewhere. I tried the salmon skin roll, snake roll, and the crazy roll. The salmon skin was more like a cooked salmon roll not so much skin. If you're looking for crunch like I was this isn't it. Also, very plain and bland. The snake roll was really good. The eel was my absolute favorite part. The crazy roll was "crazy". It had a lot of ingredients, the pieces are huge but you get about 6 pieces. It had a bit of crunchiness to it. The rice on all of the rolls fell apart so easily. I would grab with my chopsticks and the roll would just disintegrate. Messy. All in all, This is your typical fast food sushi joint. I just wish they put more flavor in the rolls. But good sushi...
Read moreLacks finesse in their preparation of “Japanese” food. The rolls had too much rice and they put a spicy mustard that needs to go or at least ask the customers if they’d like the house sauce on top. Seems like a spicy mustard from a bottle with sesame oil and sesame seeds. I had to wipe it off all of our rolls with a napkin. M My son got the teriyaki chicken and complained of it being sour. I tried it and it tasted heavily of yeast. I didn’t dislike it, but I could see how an 11 year old might not like it. It wasn’t terrible but I don’t think I’d come back here. My youngest got the vegetable udon and there were a ton of vegetables in it and was probably the best thing we got amongst 5 rolls, a teriyaki and a the udon.
If you’re not too familiar with Japanese, this might be...
