I Never Give Reviews On Restaurants, But I Was Very Disappointed Last Night. I Have Been Here For Special Events Three Other Times On Weekends, But Never On A Week Day. Yesterday Was Monday & There Was VERY Slow Business. Three Other Tables With Very Small Groups Were There, However, Every Little Thing Needed Took 20-40 Minutes. I Asked For A Menu When I Met Up With My Friend & The Waitress Passed By Me A Few Times Before I Had To Ask For It Again, She Then Took A While To Come Back For Me To Place My Order, After I Placed My Order 25 Minutes Pass & She Said For Me To Clear The Table Because My Food Was Coming Out, It Did Not Come Out For Another Half Hour Or So... Part Of My Food Came To The Table, But I Had To Wait For The Rest Of My Order & My Steak Got Cold By The Time That Came Out. I Asked For A Container To Take It Home. THEN I Asked For Water & Again The Waitress Passed My Table Several Times Before I Had To Ask Once More, It Took Her A Little While To Get Back To Us Only To Charge $4 For A Bottle Of Water + Tax. I Asked For A Dessert Menu & Was Told There Wasn't One, So I Went Inside & Tried To Find Another Person, I Asked Another Waitress & They Gave Me A Menu That According To My Waitress Did Not Exist. I Got Upset & Decided To Leave, ButThe Check Took About 32 Minutes To Come To My Table & The Waitress Never Came Around To Charge My Card. Instead A Gentleman That Works There Brought It Inside & After 20 Minutes More Of Waiting For The Check To Be Brought Out I Walked In & Tried To Find Someone To Ask. No One Could Be Found, Only A Bunch Of Unattended Tables. Management Was Very Rude When I Complained About The Wait. VERY Disappointed. P.S. I've Had Way Better Churasco Elsewhere. My First review for any restaurant but Because of the amount of money i had to spent was enough to give my honest opinion. Before arriving l was told by my sister who we were meeting that parking was $5, upon arriving 10 mins later valet told us it was $10 for parking. Getting to the food: i only had an appetizer since it was first tine here and wasn’t sure what would be good, I decided to get something I thought i knew I couldn’t go wrong with but boy was I wrong. The empanadas were disgusting. Tasted prepackaged, chicken completely fell out of the empanadas when picking up. Whatever sauce was underneath them made it worse. It was overly sweet and did nothing to balance the blandness of the empanadas. My puerto rican tía would’ve been disappointed. False advertising on their website in regards to the Margaritas. First the picture for the margarita was way bigger than what we ordered. It was $12 for a small glass of a margarita. Secondly it tasted like pure salt. I sent it back and told them it tasted like salt and I didn’t like it and wanted a long island but was sent another margarita with the bartender coming and standing over me to see my reaction. I was highly uncomfortable and felt ignored by my new request. I was eventually over it at that point and just told them it was fine so they could leave me alone. Got the check and seen we were charged $7 for water that was clearly just tap water. Also felt rushed while eating due to the dance floor and where we were eating were the same place. Was forced to coat check for $6 when they switched over to the lounge from restaurant when i stepped outside to walk my pregnant sister to her car after I repeatedly told them i was here before the lounge. I went here for my 21st birthday with 5 other friends. I wanted to get drunk for the first time ever tonight but we were kicked out only after being there for an hour. We made reservations for the dinner and lounge two days before we got there and nobody on the phone told us everyone has to be 21 or older to stay at the lounge. me and two of my friends are 21 but the other three are 20 turning 21 within two months. so we sat down and ate and i only had two beer bottles and before we go in the lounge they told us we can’t go because not everyone is 21 in the group. so we were like “ok we will just hang out here” and they said ok. 30 minutes later they open the whole floor for the lounge and we were brought a hookah and everything that we PAID for, yet they told us we actually had to leave the entire restaurant. so why would you take reservations in the first place without clarifying the age? then second of all why would you allow us to PAY for the hookah and then kick us out after 20-30 minutes. and to top it all off, they actually sang happy birthday to me 5 minutes before telling us we had to leave so now i feel very offended. we had our server telling us we can stay at our table, we just can’t enter the lounge. then we had another lady telling us she can probably get us in the lounge, then we have a different lady bringing us hookah and making us pay for it even though some of us weren’t 21 yet. it was a horrible night for my birthday and a big mess, i’m almost thinking of taking some legal action about this because this is ridiculous, and i was really looking forward to having a...
