I was here a few years back and the environment is completely different and for the better. I came spontaneously this weekend looking for a place to spend time without feeling like I'm at a club with to many people hovering over me. The main focus I look for is hospitality of the staff, cleanliness of the location and safety reinforcements. And I can say all three were checked of my list. Not to mention I'm big on cultures and fun experiences. This place exceeded my expectations. I also like that I can hear the person I'm speaking to over the music. It's loud but just enough to be able to interact with others. The sweetest and funny workers from the waitresses, to belly dancers to the owner or manager himself. I also picked up on how hard it is to tell who's management because everyone works together and there's no such thing as "it's not my job" mentality. Anyone I've asked for anything treated me like a princess and didn't huff and puff if I had a question and made few cultural friends along the way. And to tell you the truth I didn't have to ask for anything really, almost always whether it's the server or the management would fulfill my needs on their own or come to me and ask themselves if I need anything. If I'm correct and he's the owner, he looks so intimidating but the nicest, humorous, hard working man. He helped the staff in every area from serving, to cleaning, to kitchen duties, and never carried himself on a pedestal. Hookah is quality.
