Do not walk into this place if you like customer service and things done right. I went in and the very rude and nasty girl there completely overlooked me and took the people who were behind me in line that weren’t even ready to order!! I guess that’s her only tool to try and seem as though she is better than those who come in.. She was disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and I asked for a manager and she completely ignored me again!! The food is ok but I not worth being treated that way. Not to mention even the woman in line behind me repeated to her that I was there first and to take care of us and she did not care. Honestly I have came to this place for years and they use to have nice staff that knew we always ordered a lot for our whole family and it honestly was worth the money. The person that served us today was extremely rude and impatient. To top it all of we spent almost $50 only to regret that all despite the rude person. The ribs and the soup had to be all thrown away cause it tasted rotten like it’s been put away for days and I was shocked cause we love this place, but I’m angers we threw away all but one plate. I stumbled upon this place, which is 10 minutes from my office. So glad I found them!!! I ordered the stewed beef, with white rice, black beans and sweet plantains and O-M-G it was delicious! The beef was stripped and extremely tender. The rice was exactly how I like it, light and fluffy, the beans were tender and packed full of flavor. What can I say about the maduros, perfectly cooked and sweet! The place is clean, well organized and the service was quick and friendly!
