I ordered many their online store and I needed to follow them to ship a week later. They said they will cancel the meats because they go bad during shipping and I said OK and expected refund. I received half of my order ( only 1 box and meats inside and they are very bad because they did not add cooling ). When I asked refund for the meat and half of the order 2-3 times no reply!
