Denny's — Restaurant in Patterson

Sometimes the food is okay, sometimes its not A while while back the sausage was red inside even when I said I wanted it crispy Last time I didn't get my extra crispy Bacon instead i got hashbrowns Just came back from there today with my best friend, I ordered the chicken Bacon avocado Cesar salad without dressing. The chicken had no flavor and was gross because of the fat and was all rubbery, avocados has no flavor(avocados from Mexico are best). Romaine lettuce was not good, I couldn't even eat it alone. Overall it was not good, told the server and said it was because it didn't have the dressing. I was like "No". I didn't get the dressing for a reason, because I don't like it. Probably thought I've never cooked before. I've made almost exactly the same, just breaded chicken, added pinto beans and turned out amazing. I will never order a salad from here. Only had 2 small bites, waited and waited for her to come by to tell her. Finally she came, told her and said she'll talk to the manager. She didn't ask if I wanted a new one(which I wouldn't even want to) when she same back with the check she didn't even say anything about it. I've worked as a server in a restaurant before and come thing is to tell the guest what is going on that they take it off the check, if they wanted a new one, something different. A server has to have communication between a guest. Common sense and is in the job...

Dirty walls in the booths, disgusting restroom with filthy stall walls. Toilet seats are old and stained. Really regretted using the restroom. But the rude cook took the cake. She rudely made a loud remark to the waitress because she didn't get the memo about me wanting a different sauce than buffalo sauce for our wings. She exclaimed, the waitress; " was waisting her time!" The loud remark and attitude was uncalled for. Especially since there were only 3 tables busy and mostly just 2 people and a couple of little kids. Don't know how the manager didn't hear her or why he would've ignored the comment. I know he's being there for as far as I can remember, but honestly, I don't understand why.The waitress was great, the other 2 not so much. Made us feel like our request didn't matter. Anyways, I guess she was "busy" with all the other patrons in the restaurant, that our fries were also cold in the center. Terrible cook service and manager as usual. Very hard to not let this kind of service ruin...

Omg, this review isn't even about the food (even though it was great), im adding this because I am not from around here and we stopped for food while heading to our hotel which was still an hour away. Got to our hotel, realized I forgot my purse!! I didn't have any info on the Dennys so we turned around and headed back the way we came to try to remember which one it was (we had a 6 hour drive and all we wanted was to sleep). Drained and already thinking what a mess this can turn into, I came in and asked an employee if anyone had turned in a purse... yesss. Our lovely waitress Brenda had seen my purse and turned into management. She had already left for the day by the time I came back but oh man, I'm so glad there are still good people out there. Thank you so much Brenda for helping me out! I let the manager know her service was great and she was much appreciated. Your good deeds will...
