I’ll start off by saying I am a Starbucks partner myself so I know customer service and food industry can be bad sometimes, but I placed a mobile order at 9, I had only placed it a few minutes ago but lobby was closed, we waited a bit and then went through drive through. the girl working who had colored curly hair working the closing shift first handed me one drink and a cold butter croissant, I had ordered two drinks and a warmed croissant. We nicely asked if she can heat it and she said it’s been heated it’s crunchy, but it was cold. She then said okay and slammed the window, her coworker looked at her and then followed her but he looked concerned. She then came back like 2 minutes later when I know a croissant takes 20 seconds to heat, and she gave it burnt and said “is this hot enough” with an attitude and slammed the window again. To avoid anything we just took it and left. I should have taken pictures but I was quite honestly just so annoyed by the interaction because we work customer service so let’s act like it. Let’s be nice to our customers and live up to our...
Read moreI am beyond disappointed with my experience yesterday. I waited 20 mins, while 5 crew members scurried around, completed drive threw orders (which was fine) and a TON of mobile orders while everyone IN the store just stood and waited. I ordered 2 venti hot coffees, 2 breakfast sandwiches, and 2 orders of mini vanilla scones. I was charged full price for two orders of mini vanilla scones (each an order of 3). I received 2 (total) mini scones and was told that's all I got and piping hot sandwiches (which was good). By the time I walked out the door with my order I had 2 cold breakfast sandwiches, two mini scones, one cold (terrible tasting) coffee, and one coffee the temperature of the sun (equally as terrible). I spent just over $25 and was TOTALLY disappointed. I'm a long time Starbucks drinker. Next time I get a craving I'll just go outside and light $25 on fire and...
Read moreI made a quick stop while driving through this area. Got my normal drink and was over charged. I made a comment to the barista about it and was told she had to charge me for everything I'm adding to my drink. I've gone to many Starbucks throughout California and always seem to get priced differently. I got a Venti iced coffee with vanilla sweet cream. Iced coffee cost 3.45 and sweet vanilla cold brew is 3.95. I got charged 4.05. For my iced coffee. No 10 cents is not an issue. Just the inconsistency between the chain is an issue and yes the overcharge. 10 cents per per visit, per person adds up. The crew seems very nice aside from the barista appearing to be a little bothered about me questioning the price. Just my opinion though. Would I come back here. YES. I'm not blaming the worker since perhaps that's what she's...
