I’m warning many future customers to NOT come here and buy any food, I bought 2 breakfast and a side which was $40 first off that’s insane second not even close to being worth even a fraction of that. The food was old tasting bad stale and flavorless with only the flavor of chemicals in all of the food, The toast was exactly like cardboard and I couldn’t bite into it or pull it apart at all, my steak was nothing but a mere hamburger patty completely raw and flavorless and my hash browns were scalloped potatoes raw potatoes no flavor just raw soggy mushy mess and my eggs for my Greek skillet were supposed to be over easy but were so over done they can be hard boiled, There was also nothing to my Greek skillet just scalloped potatoes same as before a clump of spinach by itself and a few shreds of peppers with NOT melted feta on top and I’ve never seen any skillet anywhere made like this like they just don’t care at all and threw it in there, my corned beef hash was saturated in grease like they soaked it in butter it was also canned, after eating a little bit I immediately vomited afterwards, I had never seen breakfast this disgusting before and I think they try to either cater to the elderly folks in buying and preparing food or they just don’t care or both and 2 meals and a side should not be $40 especially for a hamburger patty it says chopped steak it’s just tubed hamburger everything has NO flavor besides chemicals and grease and very small portions both meals had basically nothing for meals and I wanted to make sure future customers were aware of what they will get here and I don’t know if this is second hand food from a hospital or what but this tastes like it might be served in shelters I’ve even had hospital food that was amazing before but this was repulsive the food smelled and tasted like how the hospital smells..Gross. Take care and please do better in the future but I am to scared...
Read moreFirst time at this restaurant. I visited on a Saturday morning during Wine and Harvest, so I knew it would be busy. The problem I ran into was seating. Again, it was busy and the staff was MOVING and doing a great job.
It was awkward waiting in the front space by the door. There were tables available, but they were for bigger parties and it was just me and, if possible, I prefer a booth. There is no host, so it was more of a free for all for seating in an already small space (which they make the most of). Another customer and I had to clear our own tables while the parties who had just left were still paying. I worked in restaurants before and have bussed tables during peak hours, so I wasn't upset. It just felt awkward and a little odd.
Overall, the food was fast and delicious, and the coffee was alright. My waitress was awesome and very attentive, even when my clumsy self decided to knock my water over. I wouldn't mind going again next time I am in town. Just maybe at a not...
Read moreDecent diner food; terrible service. Server was absent and didn’t hear that one of our party has a severe dairy allergy. He ordered something without cheese and when it arrived it had a ton of cheese in it. He asked for a replacement and the server went into the kitchen where we (and the restaurant) heard the server say “so this guy ordered a skillet and didn’t read that it has cheese so you have to remake it. Yeah I know. No one reads anything. It’s on there that it has cheese but he didn’t read it.”
Yeah. Only no. That’s not what happened.
We also never got coffee refills, creamer was empty (after asking for new ones), and an order of crepes arrived to the table about 15 minutes after the rest of our orders.
The food was solid (aside from the corned beef which tasted like it came from a can) and it was a good value but the place lacks...
