Me and my husband ordered from here yesterday for dinner as we were craving Chinese. I read most of the reviews and they were all great so what was the harm of trying somewhere new (we usually go somewhere else). We ordered 2 sesame chickens, another kind of chicken (I can’t remember the name), and 2 egg rolls. The food was absolutely awful. The rice was extremely bland and mushy, the chicken was gooey like and the egg rolls were bland and mushy. My 5 and 8 year old refused to eat anymore and threw it away after one bite - they said it was disgusting (they literally eat anything and everything). We had to go somewhere else just so my kids didn’t go to bed hungry and me not having to cook. This food was NOT worth the $55.92 that we paid. We paid almost $5 for TWO egg rolls. I think they need to all sit down and talk about their prices because that is WAY to pricey for the food they are serving to customers. If I could dispute this charge I 100% would. I wouldn’t recommend anyone here at all. Absolutely awful food. Please think twice before...
Read moreI paid with my credit card over the phone and the restaurant couldn't get the #'s right. 15 min trying to get them to get my card info. Monday AM I get a call from a woman with my financial info written down and starts to say she is running my card again because it didn't go thru. 7x she ran the card. Then she hands the phone to a customer! Some Guy named John who runs An excavating company in kalamazoo and was there Getting lunch. She hands him the phone and my info to run the payment and translate for her. I had to cancel my card at Honor One CU uprooting my entire Bill payment set up b cause I had a restaurant being so casual and careless with my banking info. I did think the Mongolian Beef was flavorful and delicious. Too bad I wouldn't eat there again for all the...
Read moreWhen this place was Great China, from 2015-18, we ate there almost weekly, the food and service were always excellent. When it changed ownership and became Rich China, we tried it twice and were not very impressed with any of the "Thai" or regular Chinese entrees we tried, so we didn't go back for a long time. Recently I went back to give it a third chance and I'm happy to report that the food and service have improved considerably since last year, so we will start going there again more often and hope that the trend continues. Note that we are vegetarians, so we order off the menu and haven't tried the buffet. I'm glad to see they've worked out some of the kinks and are doing...
