Kids Paradise — Attraction in Paw Paw Township

Excellent kids play place. 12+ swings, spinny tire swings, 3 slides, large maze like 2 story play structure with many bridges and rooms. The play structure has many possible fort, tag, hide and seek, etc opportunities for kids to go and play. Entire play area encircled by a 4' fence with 2 walkway entrances, opposite of the parking lot but adjacent to the shelter. Shelter is large with 12 picnic tables, electricity and installed park grills available. Contact info to reserve the shelter is posted, reservations are suggested to use for free. Many trash receptacles and park benches near the play area for overwatch of play area from almost all angles. Play area has a seperate tot lot for small tykes to play, sand, swings, benches, springy stationary riders, handicap accessible. Unpaved gravel 1/4 mile track adjacent to play area circles a football field with bleachers on both sides. Only drawback I have found is lack of open bathrooms or access to potable water. I was excited to visit this park based on the adorable design and unique play features, plus all the great reviews. Unfortunately, this park was a huge letdown. It clearly has not been maintained for years and a lot of the site is in a state of disrepair. The rocking horses are rusty and all the paint is chipped, the plastic infant swings are cracked and broken, there is overgrown tall grass and thorny weeds throughout the entire site, the plastic tube slides are cracked and broken, there were countless exposed rusty screws and loose pieces of wood throughout the play structures and the most alarming issue was the suspension bridge was missing planks of wood on the sides creating large gaps that a child could fall through. Overall, it is not a safe play environment which is a shame because it does have so much potential to truly be a kids paradise. It was sad to see this park so neglected. Kids...

It's in paw paw across street from vineyards apt. Kids dream playground. They have pretty much any type of play equipment a kid could want except for water play. Bathrooms we have found to be locked regardless of when we have gone. That is a huge issue when it comes to kids. Plenty of room for adults on benches inside the short wooden fence surrounding play yard as well as a pavilion with lots of picnic tables. Great place to have kids birthday parties or family get togethers . Place is large so you can not see your child from one spot the whole time. However as stated they have benches throughout play area to sit when not playing with children. They have a area just for the little ones to play so they are not left out on the fun. Could easily...
