The food was fresh, well seasoned, crispy and fried to perfection. The fries were crispy on the edges and fluffy in the center flat and wide or steak cut. You get a lot of fries a small amount of coleslaw. I was fine with that my Wife loves coleslaw. We had cocktails, me 2, Her 1. I regret I do not remember the names. Forgive me 120. It was my birthday. I turned 50. We stayed at a cabin on the lake up the road. It was Sunday after the OH/MI game. It snowed. The restaurant was serving mostly take out we decided to eat in. With that being said. The staff was not very engaging. The wonderful gal taking our order was kind and attentive. However the person behind the bar responded with a snarl any time I had a question or comment. If I was being inconsiderate because of inclement weather and choosing to eat in... I apologize, again. Other than that. It is beautifully decorated. The fish was so delicious the drinks... I had some kind of... old mule🤔 I think. 😱 I will edit in my Wife's drink. It's served in a copper mug so cold. I remember ginger, I think mint, I just am fuzzy. My cancer affects my bones. And extreme cold wreaks havoc with my motor and cognitive abilities. I did at least remember to take pictures. There was rich wood and ample seating around the bar. It's a really beautiful place. Everyone was very sweet and patient with my over the top personality. As long as the weather isn't bad, do check this place out. Its right on Maple lake. Bad weather is really bad weather. I get it. will most certainly will be back. And every star is deserved. Those two young men cooked their arses...

We had never been here but were very excited to try this place. We went on a Saturday night, as we walked into the restaurant it was packed, as expected, and of course with social distancing there were tables unavailable. We were unsure if this was a seat yourself or wait to be seated. No one greeted us as we walked in. The man behind the bar told us there were tables outside which was fine, it was a beautiful summer evening, and pointed in the direction of the outside patio. We walked out there and there were 2 empty tables, both still had leftover glasses from the parties that had just left. A waitress who looked very busy said to have a seat and she would be over within 2 minutes to clear the table. We sat down, we proceeded to wait 25-30 minutes without anyone coming to clean the table, bringing us menus, asking us for drink orders, or even acknowledging our existence. Yet they would go to the tables right next to us. After waiting so long we got up and left and not a word was said by any of the waitstaff or bartending staff. I guess our business wasn't needed nor wanted. Very sad, we were truly looking forward to and excited to be trying this place out. Now we probably won't...

Really really disappointing meal here for Mother’s Day. We had 7 people in our party. My wife ordered “Nancy’s Chicken” Her chicken had a Grizzley texture and she didn’t want to eat it so they let her get another menu item. She chose the fish tacos which were good. However they charged her for the $16 chicken not the $13 fish tacos. when I asked the manager he said it wasn’t their fault she didn’t like the chicken and there wasn’t anything wrong with it! My son had the BLT , there was only a little bacon and it was soggy. Two others ordered burgers ordered medium and one was rare. All our French fries were served cold and soggy..they did bring us a fresh hot basket of fries... they were hot but still soggy and tasteless. The main reason for this review is because the manager argued over the $3 for my wife’s Chicken... he should’ve apologized for the unacceptable meal and not telling us it wasn’t their fault she didn’t like it.That is not the right way to run a business to get return customers . My mother’s sorority for 30 women were considering for a future event but not after...

Let’s start off by saying that for one, the bartender tonight knows his stuff, drinks were perfectly balanced, he put extreme detail into ensuring that each drink was flawless, even tasted them which was impressive in my book! Our waitress, Jamie was very knowledgeable of the menu, very personable, gave great service with a great smile! The food was amazing and the price point is unheard of, very reasonable pricing on all dishes, seeing that they are prepared like a James Beard award winning restaurant. 5 stars in every aspect!!! If you haven’t tried this place out, atleast go get a doobie or 3 from them, those are delicious as well. Their take on an eggroll, way better than an eggroll though😎 Hats off to the entire staff and for the owner, you should be proud of the experience your place offered to me tonight, hands down amazing!

Good, relaxed vibes. Friendly and attentive waitstaff. They worked very hard and were helping one another out during our dinner. Food was excellent and came out super fast. We had the jalapeño popper doobies, Birria grilled cheese, the Stack House reuben and one mocktail. The Reuben was fantastic, best one I've had in a while. The jalapeño popper doobies were great as well, not too spicy, but could still feel the heat. We subbed the blueberry jam dip for Chipotle ranch dip. The Birria, in my opinion, lacked in flavor. Still a decent sandwich, but felt like it was missing something. Jalapeño aioli? Pepper jack cheese? Or both? Fries were amazing. All together, a great experience. Reasonably priced, $30 a person tip included. We will be back to try something different. Cheers
