Berbena 21 — Restaurant in Pawtucket

Very disappointed. I paid $2 extra to add avocado to my meal and received a tiny piece that was barely 4 bites of avocado. The food is mediocre. Not bad but nothing special. Overpriced for what it is and the quantity you receive. I work just down the street and was hoping I could grab lunch here some days, but will not be returning.

Two co-workers of mine also had bad experiences here. One was upcharged almost double what the price of her meal was, and the other paid for add-ons to her meal that she did not receive.

Their menu is also kind of difficult to understand with their Spanglish...

I got the first breakfast menu option. with chicken. Chicken was seared and perfectly crispy. The rice with beans and eggs was exactly what I needed.

I stole some of my friends French fries though....

And to the lady who complained in her review that she had to pay $2 extra for a staff member to cut an avocado open for her.... .... man you lazy AND rude. You want everyone to do everything for you and pay the same price as you'd pay to eat at...
