Still on Main Pizzeria — Restaurant in Pawtucket

This pizza place is slept on! It’s a gem of a hole in the wall! There’s really distinctive and fun specialty pizzas, like the neckbone and collared greens pizza, pictured, is amazing. Folks also say the Mac and cheese one is popular, though I haven’t tried that one yet. For those who prefer more classic pizzas, they do that too, and the mushroom pizza I had the other day was excellent. (And this is coming from someone who’s currently living in NYC, and the pizza scene here is ofc top tier.) I’m not normally someone who eats pizza crusts, but pizza crust here is both crispy and soft. Excited to try others next time I’m back.

SOM Pizzeria is also a black and woman owned/operated business. (Shout out to Sheryl, who manages this joint during the day and is an incredible human being with such an inspiring story.) People here are so kind, and really care about empowering marginalized...

I ordered a pizza on a Sunday evening online. I received a confirmation to pick up in 30 minutes. When I arrived, they were closed. A few days later, I called and requested a refund or a pizza.FIrst they they told me me I ordered on monday...and the man was very rude. To prove my order, I emailed them their own receipt of the order... then they said they'd get back to me. Pizza's were hot fresh and delicious. Atmosphere was ok but it was a big space with very few people. Both bathrooms downstairs were out of order. The Pizza man said they had recently opened. I expect it will get busy once the word gets out about how good...
