Placed an order for pick up at 7:05 it said itll be ready by 7:20 i get there at 7:17 and they didnt even start my order, sat in my car and came back in 10 mins later still not done ..came back in 15 mins later and they said that only one sandwich was done and they just started the second one . Now this is annoying to me because the one that was done was mines and i knew itll be cold by the time the steak and cheese sandwichwas done.. nonetheless i wait n Go back in 10 mins later and theyre JUST finishing the 2nd sandwhich. I got my order at 7:55pm thats 50 mins from when i placed my order and 35 mins after the time they said itll be done by for just 2 SANDWHICHES . . My sandwich was cold as predicated and dry even though i asked for Chipotle sauce and mayo.. i got no Chipotle sauce and barley any mayo i had to add some when i got home, my boyfriend asked for grilled green peppers in his steak and cheese and they gave him red pepper . But they gave me the green pepper instead 🤦🏽♀️ couldn't even finish my sandwich after trying to save it by seasoning it up and adding mayo and ended up throwing it out . Im never coming back here thats for sure . OH and they have the nerve to ask you to do a review while you wait because they get paid for reviews they even offer to do the review for you so dont let all the 5 stars reviews fool you ITS THE WORKERS DOING THE REVIEW ON CUSTOMERS PHONES FOR THEM ....
Read moreI have been a faithful longtime D’Angelo’s Customer for many many years and unfortunately my last 2 visits at 2 different locations have left me with the conclusion that paying a “premium price for a premium sandwich” is no longer the standard by which D’Angelo’s assembles a good quality sandwich. When I order a large Italian with everything on it & extra tomatoes …. That’s what I expect a nice fully loaded fresh sandwich. Not a hastily slapped together sandwich not only void of the extra tomato slices but sparse amounts of onion 2-3 pepper rings and a sprinkling of shredded lettuce. My order was for a large Italian & medium steak & cheese at a cost of $24.39. To some that may not seem to be a lot of money but certainly expected more for my $25 dollars! Especially knowing how much sandwich meat $25.00 would get me at the deli counter of my local store & believe me they too are making a nice profit. Next time I’ll opt for the local mom & pop shop and see what my $25...
Read moreJust $40 on Uber Eats for this place. Wasn't able to review it on the Uber App for whatever reason. I payed extra for priority delivery and gave the driver a fat tip (more than 20%). At any rate, I ordered a large pastrami grinder and some chips. What a collosal waste of my money. The bread was soggy, absolutely disgusting. The ingredients were way out of balance. Too much pastrami. Overwhelming really. The order did not get to me in the stated amount of time, so what a disappointment when I paid for priority and gave the driver a really good tip in the hopes service would be speedy. Nope, my order was delayed. So really drivers should stop complaining about tips when they don't provide the service they should be.
I will never order from D'Angelos or from Uber eats again. I can't spend nearly 50 bucks for awful food and awful service. I should have gotten dominos. Screw you...
