D's Spot — Restaurant in Pawtucket

Look, I may have just gotten served from this restaurant on a crappy day or something, but bad first impressions are irredeemable to me. If my first time at this joint is even a sliver of what my next time will be, I just won’t go back period.

I got myself a handful of regular wings (I have my own hot sauce at home and I like to taste wings on their own) and some waffles. Chicken and waffles never go wrong. At D’s, somehow, they do. These tiny little itty bitty wings came crunchy stiff. Just crumbled in my mouth and had the moisture of sand. All my wings did—I didn’t even want to waste my hot sauce on these disasters. I went ahead and had the waffles. Soggy with crumbling powdered sugar??? I didn’t know what was going on but I chewed through it to give it a chance. Boy I wish I didn’t. It was a whole UFC match in my stomach literally minutes after my meal. Never...

I've never wrote a review in my entire life, but tonight has changed my life. I order 2 10 piece one garlic parm and sweet chili with a side of fries on uber eats. These are by far the best wings I've ever had they are so flavorful and cooked well. Although the delivery fee was $6.49, i was sucking the chicken bone for more. I am so picky about my wings, I don't wanna see blood or veins or bother eating the bone but this was something different. The fries were bomb and weren't soggy at all because they poke holes in the styrofoam. Overall, I was very impressed and will continue...

So my order started out with Uber eats driver cancelling on me at midnight after waiting 2 hours for my dinner as My wife and I are at women and infants in providence waiting for our new baby. The restaurant called said they still had the food and they would drive it down to me.

I now have a new favorite wing place + the food was awesome! Huge shoutout to the employees who helped us out tonight!
