Like every Dunkin' donuts in the area, don't go to the drive-thru if you want the order to be correct. If you do go to the drive-thru definitely check the order before you drive by otherwise you'll be going back through the drive-thru or you'll have to go inside to get it corrected. Also common among all the Dunkin' donuts in the area is that day don't fully cook their hot foods. For example a grilled cheese does not have melted cheese in it. It'll just be a couple of slices of cold cheese inside some lightly toasted bread. You can try asking for it well done and sometimes they will do it correctly. I go to a lot of Dunkin' donuts because I'm on the road a lot of times in the morning and this is a thing that's common with Dunkin' donuts company-wide so I'm assuming it's either incorrect instructions from corporate, or they are under so much pressure to rush that they just pull things out before they are done. Read moreTypical Dunkin, I tend to avoid this location in the AM due to very long lines inside, and in drive thru. The times I have gone, I waited no more than 5-10min, once or twice it was 15 min max, my order has been correct everytime , and the service was good.
EDIT: received wrong coffee today after a 7min wait in drive thru. I went inside to the back of the long line. A female employee (I now know her name is Sharese) recognized me from drive thru, and asked if I needed anything, I explained coffee was wrong and she was very apologetic and immediately made another one to my liking... not only was she fast and friendly but the coffee she made was perfect!...in my experience, usually...If you complain about coffee at most Dunkins, you're likely to get somewhat of an attitude and def a wait, but there was none of that here.
