Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pawtucket

Like every Dunkin' donuts in the area, don't go to the drive-thru if you want the order to be correct. If you do go to the drive-thru definitely check the order before you drive by otherwise you'll be going back through the drive-thru or you'll have to go inside to get it corrected. Also common among all the Dunkin' donuts in the area is that day don't fully cook their hot foods. For example a grilled cheese does not have melted cheese in it. It'll just be a couple of slices of cold cheese inside some lightly toasted bread. You can try asking for it well done and sometimes they will do it correctly. I go to a lot of Dunkin' donuts because I'm on the road a lot of times in the morning and this is a thing that's common with Dunkin' donuts company-wide so I'm assuming it's either incorrect instructions from corporate, or they are under so much pressure to rush that they just pull things out before they are done. I have actually seen them do this just about every time I've been inside and watching them cook. Before the time it runs down they pull it out of the oven. i always come here and Dana is very professional...AARON THE MANAGER WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE i said "excuse me sir" as he walked past me to get ti the trash and i kept saying excuse me and then he burst out and told me he was busy with a customer in his ear!!..i told him he was rude ,disrespectful and unprofessional for HIM to be the manager...LEANDRA WAS MOPPING THE FLOOR UNDER ME AS I SAT WITH MY KIDS IN THE BOOTH...BIG UGLY GIRL..ANOTHER ONR KARIMI WAS WALKING AROUND ROLLING HER EYES AT ME..AARON THE SO CALLED MANAGER CONTINUED TO TALK ABOUT ME AMONGST THE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND I HAD TO REMIND HIN THAT I VAN HEAR HIM...IM THE ONLY BLACK CUSTOMER IN HERE...I FEEL DISRESPECTED AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST.Austin was very pleasant as well. Karimi or LEANDRA which ever one IT was was cursing at me FROM behind the counter..i had to remind her that i am not a child and she needs to have more respect..they have refused to give me the district managers number and trust me,im writing a letter to CORPORATE!!...THIS STAFF NEEDS TO BE REEVALUATED!!...5:50 PM...

Typical Dunkin, I tend to avoid this location in the AM due to very long lines inside, and in drive thru. The times I have gone, I waited no more than 5-10min, once or twice it was 15 min max, my order has been correct everytime , and the service was good.

EDIT: received wrong coffee today after a 7min wait in drive thru. I went inside to the back of the long line. A female employee (I now know her name is Sharese) recognized me from drive thru, and asked if I needed anything, I explained coffee was wrong and she was very apologetic and immediately made another one to my liking... not only was she fast and friendly but the coffee she made was perfect!...in my experience, usually...If you complain about coffee at most Dunkins, you're likely to get somewhat of an attitude and def a wait, but there was none of that here. I'm very thankful I didn't have wait in line, and I appreciate the attentive service and her upbeat friendly attitude. I've made this my reg Dunkin stop (even with lines and wait!) All because of her...
