McDonald's — Restaurant in Pawtucket

This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I have occassionally visited this location for years because I live 2 blocks away but tonight was definitely my last trip there. The next time I get the rare craving for french fries or even just a fountain coke... I'd rather drive to Providence, or South Attleboro.

Not only do you wait forever in line at their drive thru, they have never failed to screw up an order. I have gotten raw nuggets, burnt fries, fries cooked in really old oil, cheeseburgers that were so hard they could be used as a weapon and tonight my last straw... bad customer service. I simply ordered a large Coke tonight and she tried to give me a medium. When I told her I ordered a large she said that they charged me for a medium, when in fact Mcdonalds is now known to offer any size drinks for 1 dollar. The girl then tried to charge me 8 dollars for my large coke and somehow got my order mixed with someone else's. After telling her the 8 dollar order wasn't mine, she sighed in frustration and said I hate dealing with this...

I really wish this McDonalds could be like the rest but because it is not, I'd much rather drive further or just spend more money at BK if all I want...

So I always order on door dash my kids love Mc Donald’s anyway first time I ordered everything came wrong chicken uncooked meat raw. Missing items. Second time missing items cooked burgers wrong.third time 5 items missing from 10 items. 4th time I asked for sausage biscuits with sausage and cheese and 2 mc griddles they send me 6 mc griddles. Now this last time today I called asked to speak to manager he was as if he did not want to hear me out I told him what happens each time he asked for order number I gave it to him he tells me I will make sure to have everything correct this time .. I get my order everything wrong and oh I wish I can show a picture of how badly done all burgers were.. I worked in mc Donald’s as a manager for 5 years and I made sure food was properly cooked and orders were properly prepped.. it’s really not that hard sheesh I will not recommend this place to nobody oh and lastly all the people working in there either always on their phones they stand around talking instead of working and not to mention how rude those youngins are smh never the...

WOW. I promise for the next 3 months every day I will complain about this location. THE SLOWEST Mcdonalds I EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. Drivethrough and waiting inside is both SLOW. I have waited outside in drive through for 45 minutes one time with only 4 cars in line. I have called the 781 number on the door to complain and NEVER even received a response or return call from them. Today I went inside to order just ONE MCDOUBLE BURGER and waited 14 minutes with 9 workers in the back and only 4 customers waiting. TERRIBLE. The workers are talking, on their cell phones, LA LA LA LA. I asked for a refund and went to burger king down the street and I am not kidding you when I tell you but I waited 1 minute from the time I ordered my 2 shakes and nuggets before I drove away from the window. EXCELLENCE at its best. This Mcdonalds has been SLOW like this for the last 8 months since I have been ATTEMPTING to go back after so many FRUSTRATING moments.
