Palagis Ice Cream — Restaurant in Pawtucket

Tried to book a party for a five year old with very specific requests for types of treats. Truck arrived with lemonade and ice cream sandwiches. The poor driver was in the middle and was as professional as possible. The owner however has ghosted us. Not even a lying “I’ll look into it”. He has his money so why should he care. Beware. We’re going to Delta Drive Palagi Brothers Ice Cream Next year. The real Palagi.

What happened was exactly as stated. We asked for assorted items that you have in stock as stated by the person that took the order and ended up with lemonade and ice cream sandwiches. My wife sent MULTIPLE emails from the day of the event to several days after. You ignored all of them. Don't try to impress people with a bogus response just because it's online...

Stopped by the location and was pretty disappointed. The first three flavors I asked for were out of stock "for months" but no one had updated the menu. There were also flavors on the menu that were marked as out of stock, but actually were in. The ice cream is pretty generic as well, the same flavors you find everywhere with nothing to make you come here instead of another place. The price and size of the scoops was good value which saved it from a 2 star rating, but honestly I'm just going to pick up a pint of Ben and Jerry's or a gallon of Hood instead of...

My niece requested the ice cream truck to come to our party as a surprise for all the little kids. She needed to change the time and it was confirmed. Turns out, they came two hours early and went to the party up the street first. He came to our party and one guest who was outside reminded him the arrival time was 8pm and not 6. He never came back. We had about 12 kids waiting outside on the front lawn for an ice cream truck that never came. Very disappointed. And the driver confirmed with my niece of the time change!! Never again will I buy...
