Palagi Brothers Ice Cream — Restaurant in Pawtucket

Tried to book for a five year old birthday party. Gave a description of treats the kids liked and payment guaranteed. Truck arrived with no product other than lemonade and ice cream sandwiches. Not a big hit. Still got their money. Have tried to contact the owner for a week for an explanation without a response. Not even a let me look into it. No interest from the company. They have their money and we have a new company for the next party. Beware if you want more than lemonade or ice cream sandwiches.

I did more research and found out that I was wrong. It was the palagi on Bacon street that not only ruined a child’s expectations but ignored multiple attempts to contact him and left the poor driver in the middle. My husband and I reserved the Palagi Brothers ice cream truck for our wedding reception and the process couldn’t have been easier! We reserved one of their trucks to service an event at one of our clients' locations. They were incredible to work with the entire time - very friendly, communicative, and accommodating to all of our requests.
