Rosa's Kitchen — Restaurant in Pawtucket

I put in an order for a chicken combo today 2/20/25 and I went to pick up my food around 4pm today I walked in, there was a lady at the bar she looks at me doesn’t say anything, walks from around the counter, proceeds to put napkins and forks on the table not paying me any mind! It wasn’t busy at all! 3 people were sitting down and she wasn’t putting napkins on their table SMFH..I’m looking at her and at this point I’m starting to get annoyed. I almost snap but I didn’t have the energy I was too tired. She was short had glasses and light colored hair honey light brown. She finally came back to the bar continue to clean some more then looked at me again and pointed. SMH she didn’t say hi no greeting nothing. Waited over 20 minutes for somebody to come and clean the table off and give us menus. I asked for water and I had to go ask the waitress again as we were waiting 2 minutes before the food came out. Horrible horrible horrible customer service and they're very bad. They have good food but I will never go back in there and sit down and have them waiting on me. If I was to do anything I would order something to go. Even the people that were ordering stuff to go they were complaining that they've been waiting and waiting and waiting. Sorry it'll be a long time before I go back to that restaurant even though the food is good. Hospitality and food are two different things. And you need Hospitality customer service and good food. i've been there more than once and everytime i go it's horrible customer service i call ahead in advance for food to be prepared once i get there, they give a time and the food isn't ready by that time. they will argue with you about the time it takes to make the food and give no excuse to why it isn't ready when you called ahead, they don't deliver even tho. i'm literally as few feet away, and to top it off i'm scared there going to spit in my food everytime i go there....
