First time in 8 years in RI I heard about this place. What drew me there is the halal meat they have. Meat was a bit more expensive than where we normally buy, but that's way out there in Waltham MA, so it was worth it. They have halal meats of all kinds. Clean and well maintained. We called ahead, and they called back and told me the order was ready for pickup....amazing. The regular Indian and Pakistani groceries too are a bit more pricier than Patels in Attleboro, but not too far out. The area itself is not exactly desirable. Due to Covid extra precautions are in effect at the store, the owner is friendly too. Definitely a permanent place for our family for halal meats. The chicken is fresh and good. But the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason and for tiniest of the tiny enquires as well. They are surprisingly good to “males”. I have placed an order on mobile and the person said he will call back when it’s ready. After an hour, I just dropped by the store just to check if its ready and politely asked them - That guy was extremely rude and started to yell at me -“Didn’t I say I will call you?” So you mean people shouldn’t come to your store?
