I order from this store at least twice a week. I normally never have any problems. they get my order right and the delivery time is normally about 15-20 minutes. But last night when I ordered it was about 9:55pm. According to the tracker my order was taken out of the oven around 10:10pm and sat at the store for about 20 minutes before the tracker updated to say that it was out for delivery. Then after that i waited an hour before someone from the store called me to say that they had no drivers. And then processed to ask me if I can come pick it up. When I said that I have no vehicle all he had to say was that he will cancel the order. No sorry for the inconvenience just cancel and hung up. He was rude. Then today when I called in to hopefully talk to a manager about the treatment they put me on hold before I could even ask to speak to one. I sat on hold for about 11 minutes before my boyfriend called in using his phone. He asked them how busy where they and they had told him that they where very busy, which I can understand. They jumped to take his order while I still sat on hold right beside him. He even told them this. He then asked why would you level someone on hold for that long and take other orders and leave them waiting. No apology, no nothing. Needless to say he hung up on them. And so did I. I cant believe the total disregard they treated use with. I understand that sometime you'll have a day or two where you are short staffed. But to leave a very loyal customer hanging like that, not once but twice, and to be that rude when speaking to a customer is uncalled for. I hope something is done about this. Because this is just sad. If I dont get a reply back, I'll know nothing was done and I will take my business...
Read moreEdit: unbelievable. The order is going to be AN HOUR LATE because the driver is dropping off a whole bunch of other orders first. My order was scheduled and should have been delivered at the time I selected. Never bothering with this place again. And I hate to be this person, but you really have to do a horrible job to make me not tip you. And they sure af aren't getting one after this.
Don't expect your food to be right or on time. No matter what I have issues when this place delivers. About a week ago they marked my order delivered, I had to call the store and argue that I was waiting outside because their driver lied and said I wasnt- he just wanted my dinner for himself. And now I'm sitting here, scheduled my order for 8:45pm. It's over half an hour late. Store said it's "on its way" but again, showing no signs of even being close to on the way. You may as well just go to the store and pick up. Delivery is worthless and they won't offer refunds just points to your rewards account. Which are useless when every time you order from them there's a problem.

Read moreMy boyfriend sent for a pizza and some wings to this location. Although they said it would be 45 mins to an hour, they took over 2 hours to deliver. After one hour my boyfriend called them, first they didn't answer, then they hung up the phone on him.
In the meantime, I'm at work and my boyfriend tells me that he had sent for food and it was late, and how he called them, and what they did. I didn't know it was from Dominoes, and I was a little busy at work, so I didn't have time to ask many questions. Instead I just made an order of pizza and wings for my boyfriend. It so happened that it was from the same place.
After almost two hours, they finally answered my boyfriend, and they apologized and offered him 20% on the next purchase. Really? Who made them think we would ever want to order from them again, after this? My order took just about the same time, over two hours to get home. On top of that, the pizza had a poor amount of ingredients, and the sauce on the wings seemed like sprinkled on.
And they want us to buy from them again?
