The few times I have gone through the drive thru for hot ready I’ve waited an hour plus for my order. They tell you to go park and wait and then forget about you. And then I have to go in and ask about and wait longer in the lobby and watch people go in and out with their order that they just purchased(with the same items you ordered)!!! While you have waited an hour plus on an order that they told you they would bring to your car in 5-10 minutes. You also sit and wait forever to order in the dive thru. Even if they aren’t busy. It’s ridiculous, it’s been this way for years and never changes. I avoid the Payson location and will not go in again after last week. I waited an hour and a half for what was suppose be a 10 minute wait on crazy bread. As people keep walking in and out past me with crazy bread. 🤦🏼♀️ Then they made me wait longer because they kept giving customers behind me the exact thing I ordered. The time before that, I finally made them cancel my order. And they don’t give your money back immediately if you use a card. You have to wait days and watch for it. 😡 To add salt to the wound, they don’t try to make it up to you at all. If a customer waits and hour plus on an order that should have taken 5-10 minutes, throw a dang free crazy bread or something for free. That goes a long way for customer who they’re being screwed over by your establishment. I mean they just give you a half butt sorry and send you out the door. Please!?! The customer service at this location is pitiful. You’ll save time and sanity by driving 20-30 minutes to Spanish Fork location. Save yourself the trouble, the surge of high blood pressure, and regret of thinking this would be faster and easier than cooking at home. If you choose the Payson location enter at your own risk, and NEVER USE THE DRIVE THRU!!! You’ve...
Read moreUsually I have an "okay" experience with this Little Caesars although every time I order anything that isn't a cheese or pepperoni pizza I end up having to wait about 10 mins. But after my visit today, I most definitely won't be returning back. I drove up and order one, ONE three meat deep dish pizza and the girl mentioned it would be able a 5-10 minute wait. I was okay with that since that is what usually happens anyways. I pull up towards the front and when I paid, the total was higher than suspected, I kindly asked the cashier and she said that it was two pizzas... I only ordered one though.. I told her I only needed one and she rudely responded with a "sorry ma'm the two pizzas are already here and ready, we must charge you for the two"... aren't their pizza's always ready though?1?! Even if not, they should not charge me the price of two, especially when I just ordered it with specifically one pizza. I finally agreed and ended up pulling forward and waiting for the three meat pizza. When the girl brought out the pizzas, I could clearly see that they weren't in the deep dish box. I asked if it was the deep dish and she responded surely, yes. My own fault was not checking at the moment and instead took her word for it and headed home. When I got home I opened up the pizzas and they were regular cheese pizzas. I called and let them know about it and she told me to bring in the pizzas and to bring in my receipt. They didn't admit to the problem and just gave me another pizza that clearly was not worth the amount of money I paid initially and they never refunded me with my money. The problem is not that money issue, more that I waited 10 minutes for a three meat to receive a cheese pizza and even though it wasn't my fault they ordered me two and they would not allow me to change it. I...
Read moreI dont know what is wrong with the manager at the payson location, but you do not, i repeat DO NOT pull the door closed and lock it in a customer's face! I came here with my husband to get pizza last night and we first went through the drive through (store was still open, open sign was on,doors unlocked, and the lights on. ) the girl working the phone for the drive through was very nice. When we asked for our pizza she said it would take about ten minutes. So we told her "alright, we'll head inside then". We parked our car in front and walked up to the door. Right as my husband and i were opening the door, the manager RUSHED up (FROM THE BACK OF THE STORE ), pulled the door closed, and locked it! He then proceeded to turn off the open sign and all the lights in the front of the store. I worked in fast food for FIVE YEARS, and was a manager at five guys. I even worked at little Caesars! I know that having someone come in one minute before closing sucks and you have to wash some dishes again. But everywhere ive worked, no matter how close to closing time it is, you DO NOT REFUSE SERVICE. Where i worked, if someone is opening the door as you are on your way to lock it and turn off your sign, YOU LET THEM IN and turn off the sign and lock the doors BEHIND THEM. The worst part about it is we told the worker WE WERE COMING IN! WHAT THE HELL! The payson location needs some new management because fast food is all about customer service and the management there is only concerned about the inventory and money. THIS...
