Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Payson

I really don’t enjoy making negative reviews, I usually just take it as it is, being a previous fast food worker, I understand sometimes it’s hard, but this was kind of ridiculous. My husband and I ordered a 8 piece nugget meal with Mac and Cheese and a Chicken Sandwich with Cajun fries. Not only was it rough to complete our request through the drive through, as it seemed like two people were fighting over taking our order, which made it hard to understand and confused I think all of us in the situation, but the food was horrible. The best part of our food was the drinks, which we have no complaints about. However, it was obvious that our chicken, buns, and sides had been sitting for quite a while. The fries were barely warm, and almost hard. The Mac and Cheese had been sitting for so long there was a good layer of oil over the top of it. The chicken with both the nuggets and sandwich were hard and barely warm, as well as the buns for the sandwich, and the biscuit were hard. We didn’t receive our sauces or butter for the biscuit. And on top of the extreme disappointment with the food, the service at the window was awful as well. It was obvious they didn’t want us to check our order as they were very rushed with giving us everything and specifically waited until after they had given us back our card to give us the food, and immediately closed the window after handing us the last part of the order. A waste of $25 for food that wasn’t even going to be eaten by my dog. We also went around 8:40 so it was a good hour and 20 minutes before close, so that shouldn’t be an excuse either....

I never write reviews on here but honestly if you want Popeyes do not go to this location. We have been here 2 times and both times the order is not even what we asked for. This last time we handed them a coupon for a specific meal that had two crispy sandwiches on the coupon. We got two grilled crappy chicken sandwiches that were actually hard to bite through. The time before we asked for regular sandwiches and we got two spicy ones. We filled a complaint and got a free meal so we decided maybe it was a fluke. We went in and and the manager actually took the order to make sure it was right since the district manager told them to make sure it was correct.... Well it wasn't yes the chicken itself was good but there were no sauce and pickles and they never gave us our drink cups. I'd think if you boss asked you to make a specific order right you could handle it. So like I said this is the last time I'm going to the Spanish fork outlet. Do yourself a favor and go to another one because I've never had an issue outside of...

This is the second time I’ve been disappointed by the service and food here. First time I was in the drive thru and asked to make 2 separate orders so I could pay separately, they said I can only make one order and pay with one card. I said what am I supposed to do if I have 2 separate orders? They told me to drive through the drive thru again for another order!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 I thought I’d give them another chance( months later) and I got shrimp and asked for extra sauce, made the mistake of Checking after I left drive thru and got halfway home and no sauce! I went back and got the sauce, left again only to find out they forgot my strawberry dessert biscuits. I went back again and got it but when I got home it was literally a biscuit with a splotch of icing, no strawberry anything anywhere. The pictures on menu show actual strawberry filling. Also the amount of fries they give you is ridiculous for the price and they also got drink sizes wrong not to mention they weren’t friendly at all. Never...
