McDonald's — Restaurant in Pea Ridge

Someone has got to get control of this McDonald’s, it’s ran very poorly. I don’t think I will ever go back. First I ordered a meal that consisted of a Mcchicken sandwich and small fry thru the drive,paid for it, and I waited and waited . The car ahead of me pulled over in the pickup parking, there was one car ahead of him that was also sent to the pick up parking. Still waiting I rapped on the window after 15 minutes to see what the hold up was. Well a large group had came in to eat so they couldn’t work the drive thru, then I set until I was asked to pull over the same as the other two. Must have waited 30 minutes for a sandwich ridiculous. Couple days later I had a tooth pulled, stopped got a small shake, thru the drive thru, first window paid gave a five dollar bill, change went to the Ronald McDonald house. Drive up to the next window see my shake sticking out the window by someone. Thinking at least no waiting this time, as I stopped at the window reached for my shake , the girl pulled it back in, said they couldn’t let me have it until it was approved, I said what I just paid and donated money to the RM house, then they asked did I pay for it, I told them again, and said I would go back to the window and get proof, they said no and kept looking back for an approval as my shake was melting.The manager come to the window an said it was their system. I told him it was ridiculous I felt I was being treated like a thief. I waited a few more minutes was asked to pull over to the pickup parking again and finally got the meltly shake, no refund or discount. I was treated so badly. Got to get some adults in there. Twice was treated wrongly. Please...

Went to the drive-thru and placed an order for mcchicken add cheese mcdouble add Mac sauce a 10-piece and 2 orders of fries I saw ahead of us that they were parking everyone after being parked for almost 20 minutes I was seeing a man deliver people their food that were way behind us in the Drive-Thru line when the man walked up to us he said that they were bagging our food and it would be coming out then saw him deliver another person's food down the line I got up and went in the store and my food was just sitting there went to the car and opened up my mcchicken and it had no cheese McDonald's now charges a dollar for cheese went to look at my McDouble and it was completely smashed with sauce coverd all over the bun so I went back in and said hey you guys forgot to put cheese on this and then I showed them the McDouble completely smashed and said do you guys feel comfortable sending food out this way and she just laughed at me then went back and told the guy to remake it and instead he took my food with no gloves on and put a piece of cheese and I said are you really going to let that guy just put cheese on my sandwich with no gloves on and she continued to argue with me that my whole sandwich was remade and laughed I don't understand why the workers are okay with having that kind of service towards their customers it's not like my order was complicated what upsets me is that they were not very busy at all I have worked for a McDonald's establishment before and never treated a customer that way

McDonald's once again...

I ordered my food curbside the big Mac meal and asked for extra sauce, onions and pickles. A kid came out ran out and said quickly what is your name? I gotta hurry. I gotta get back. I get home. I get home and my big Mac had no extras on it after I paid for it, I called up there Friday evening, supposedly spoke to a manager, but apparently there is no male managers at this McDonald’s he told me to come in. They’ll fix the order for me and of course it would be free. So here it is Sunday night. I go up there to redeem it. The manager that is on duty told me that there is no male manager. I showed the manager proof of everything the order the time that I called up here and she refused to honor my free burger because of their mess up. Am I Friday night? It was a male and the manager on duty said I could come back tomorrow and speak to the manager, I said is this how you treat your customers yes ma’am I said I have shown you all the proof that shows that I was up here on Friday night picking up my order curbside by far she should not be a manager and she should have apologized she knew I was lied to and still refused to give me what they messed up.
