First this place needs a sign that says open it looked closed. Skyler waited on myself and husband. He went to see if they had the veggie patty what my husband always orders. Couldn't find one too cold in freezer to keep looking. So I ordered my regular BMT on jalapeno cheddar bread. Bread was Hard! and the veggies a little frosted. All the veggie trays had build up of ice. These should be changed out regularly not acceptable to have mushy frozen veggies. Didn't ask if I wanted it toasted. Maybe new? Now they have Mama Delucas pizza there. Since he couldn't have the veggie patty deiced to try the buffalo chicken calzone. DON'T EVER DO THIS! Read moreI have been going to subway in Pea Ridge for a long time and it was always great when Billie Gean worked there. I have been there several times since and every time I get horrible service food made wrong and attitude from people young enough to be my child. Tonight I went there to get the same 3 subs I always get and they were all made wrong typing were pulled up in the middle of the bread there was enough sauce on them to drown a child and then the sandwiches were not cut properly because of the way the toppings were. When I asked the girl ( ERICA) to fix them I was told no they’re fine the way they are I can fix them at home. She charged me for extra cheese for all 3 sandwiches when only one has extra cheese on it. She shoved them in a bag & ripped it and smashed the flat bread Chicken sandwich. Threatened to throw me out of the store because I told her customer service skills were horrible and when I told her I can’t wait to get in contact with the manager she bragged that it was her grandmother like I was supposed to be scared or something. As I was trying to pay for the food she instead of placing the napkins in the bag she flicked them across the counter at me like I was one of her friends she could play with ( I’m not). Today, I called the Subway and s/w a young lady. Very detailed about my order. She even repeated it back. Due to the COVID-19 carry out was my option of choice. Picked up my order. Guess what, got home and my wrap was wrong again. I ordered a steak and cheese wrap and what I got was a wrap with bacon a dusting of cheese, some of the veggies I asked for and ZERO sauce!!! HORRIBLE!!! I basically paid $7.49, plus tax, for a tortilla when I took off what didn't like. Thank goodness I wasn't charged for the chips I ordered, that was confirmed as part of my order, and didn't receive. I called to complain this time.
