Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pea Ridge

Pizza Hut has been advertising on tv to get large, one topping pizza for $6.55. Visiting my granddaughter in Pea Ridge. When left, we decided to stop and get pepperoni pizza at pizza hut. Waiter said he didn't know of any special like that and they weren't paticipating. We placed order and while waiting on pizza I googled pizza hut on my smart phone and daily specials under the pizza hut, pea ridge showed the one topping pizza. Took phone to woman at counter and she said it was "carry out" only. I said carry out is same as dine in - it's not DELIVERED. She refused to honor. I said I could order pizza for carry out, get it and then sit down and say I wanted to order drinks. Still refused. Also, large sign on front window that said "ANY PIZZA $10.00". Yet I was charged $10 for pizza + $1.00 for pepperoni. Not a happy camper when I left. The only difference in carry out and dine in is the extra cost to Pizza Hut for a box if I carried out. So much for customer service! I also could hear her chewing out the waiter in back for not knowing about...

the pizza was cut way unevenly. Only in 7 slices instead of 8. Had to recut myself. since there is no inside seating take a moment to slice the pizza correctly. Not hard to do. I even had added please cut even as the special instructions on the order. They did not even read it. Then acted like I was the issue. I wasn't rude just showed them it was way way out of proportion. //// **Update as of 12/31/2022 when we have ordered the last few times they have improved greatly. The shift manager Andrew seen the error, apologized and corrected the error. I had to wait but no problem. I observed he was very good at running his crew. The food is delicious but the customer service is awful! I had ordered some pizza online and originally wanted it picked up at 7:15 pm. I realized I would be able to pick it up earlier so I called the store at 6:30 pm and asked if they could change the time time to 7:00 pm instead. The lady on the phone said that it wouldn't be a problem. So I get there at 7:00 and they proceed to tell me that my order is no where near ready and that they haven't even started it. Then one of the cooks in the back made a remark saying that dosent anybody look at the times that they put online. I did not appreciate that all. If you can't make something ready in 30 mins or before the time I originally ask for it then don't tell me that you can and then get pissed at me and make remarks to me because your coworkers can't communicate with you!!!
