Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pea Ridge

Have given this place 10+ chances, live right down the road, they are REGULARLY closed before listed times. Last time we went through drive through, everything we tried to order we were told “ we are out of that” so after 3-5 things we said “ so what can we order maybe that’s easier “ the little girl in the drive through said “ anything with steak” and we just asked “ well are we gonna be charged extra for the steak ?” Bc it’s usually an upgrade and she yelled through the speaker “ well yeah!! “ we still ordered because it was late and we were hungry, when we pulled up to the window she snatched our card slamming the window, when my partner tried to explain why we had questions she slammed the window in our faces and turned and started yelling at someone inside saying “ these MF’ers complaining” literally threw our food at us and shut the window. Not only do they get food wrong every single time, but they’re also rude beyond belief. Obviously from the other reviews, this franchise owner does not care. Tonight, the grilled chicken ranch burrito has rice, no ranch, beans for some unknown reason and no cheese, the chalupa supreme is not even cooked ( shell ) and the grilled steak burrito is dripping in avocado ranch sauce and there is loose cheese at the bottom of the bag. Then to top it all off there is some weird fire sauce with … electrical tape ? On it? This place is horrible even for Taco...

You may not get what your ordered and they may take forever but I guess it is food. I’ve now been there a few times and they consistently run out of ground beef and today they had their sign showing open but said they couldn’t ring up orders…not really sure what the deal is. If your system is down, close. Simple.

Edit 10/6/2023: it's gotten to the point where it just isn't worth going here anymore. They rarely have working technology or food. They should just close so that space can be used for a working restaurant.

Updated again 6/4/2024: Just don't go here. The prices have almost doubled and the service is even worse than before. The last time I went here I ordered a breakfast combo with hot coffee. The food portion was much smaller than it usually is and cold. The coffee that should have been hot was cold but provided in a hot coffee cup and the girl gave me a straw with the supposedly hot coffee??? I'm so confused with how the staff at this location are so brain dead that they just give random things to random people at a location that's rarely open when it's...

Very ashamed that we had to spend $34.50 for tacos that had just a pinch of meat couple pieces of lettuce had more shell than anything which is sad because they were supposed to be Taco Supremes didn't have no tomatoes and no sour cream also ordered a potato soft taco add beef two little pieces of potato and barely a teaspoon full of meat as well as my wife ordered a crunchwrap supreme it looked like a folded tortilla I will never eat at this establishment again I would have got more bang for my buck if I would have went next door to Victoria's didn't know I was going to get ripped off!!! Never had an experience like this from taco bell I can see having issues through McDonald's like this but never taco bell we even asked for a receipt and never got one at that point we had enough and just walked out.

Ps your touch screens are absolutely disgusting wipe them off!! Stuck food and sticky and fingerprints all over pretty sad because that's how you have to order your food they need to add a no-star because that's what this taco...
