I went this morning whrn it was super busy. I mean, they were running out of stuff. I put in a mobile order. They got all the 10-15 customers done. And then the young white guy got my order and was super nice to me and my son. I was watching him and he never once got upset when all the customers were complaining. He just did his job and was still nice. I would have been upset over the wait, with a 4 year old. Buy then he took care of us and changed my mind. You need more people like him.

was in the drive-through this morning around 9:30. The Woman at the 1st window was so nice and made me and my kids day. She talked to us for the 3 mins we sat waiting for our food. I hope I get her every time I go there. Most amazing dunks employee...

What a joke this place is I seriously just went through the drive through and received a donut that’s half eat’n!!! You can see the teeth marks in the donut!!! That’s terrible it’s disgusting…I asked for a coffee and a donut and you give me half a donut with teeth marks clearly visible in the donut?!?…I call to complain because I’m late to work otherwise I’d be inside this place…and the manager says to me “ooo I know I believe you” like he already knows exactly what I’m taking about?!?!?! 🤯...

Extremely friendly staff. They are in a high traffic area so it gets VERY busy in the morning and mistakes do sometimes happen - but they fix it quickly with a smile and I enjoy stopping there on my way to work. Lots of great people there. There is a dunks closer to my house (of course, we are in New England), but this location really strives to make it right.
