This place is always super slow they have you wait over 20 minutes for any food item, and I had a horrible experience when I went there daily for almost a month and the customer service was the worst I’ve ever encountered in my life. Rude rude rude employees who barely speak English, and denied me hash browns when the lady at the register had already took my order it was 2 sandwiches and I had her scan my app for a deal that said free hash browns with purchase of sandwich. I waited and waited finally the sandwiches were done then when I asked about my hash browns they said I didn’t order that and didn’t pay for it when I said the lady at the register already scanned the deal it was free I don’t need to pay for it, the lady making food ignored me and kept making everyone else’s food instead, so I obviously was angry and impatient at that time and the lady who scanned my app even denied scanning it even after I showed her what she scanned she played dumb when she knows she scanned it. And the cameras will show she scanned it.Then when I’m explaining it to her she ignored me went to hand me the hash browns as I grabbed the bag she took it back to hen placed it on the counter instead. Don’t get me started on the customers who don’t mind their business making the situation even worse when she had no idea what was even going on. This whole experience was disgusting. And all those employees in the mornings should be replaced. They don’t know what they are doing and they move extremely slow, and when they mess up they blame the customer. It’s pathetic. I would have continued going there daily giving them business and my money, after today, I will never step foot in that place again, I will be calling corporate. Enjoy losing a lifetime customer. Along with everyone else I know/ talk to. I will advise everyone to go elsewhere and I will be letting everyone on social media know of this experience so they never have to go what I just went through. Oh and last but not least I waited so long for my food to be cold, and hash browns undercooked. This place is a disaster because of its employees. Didn’t the manager train their employees to know the customer is always right, in this case the customer was right and berated for it. Read moreI came here 01/19 just after 7am for breakfast. This was my first time at this location and you know what they say about 1st impressions. Unfortunately they did not make a good first impression. I ordered a hot chocolate and a sausage and egg croissant. First, the cashier did not give me a receipt. In my experience when a place does not give you a receipt its more likely something is going to go wrong. When I recieved my order it was a bacon and egg. Not sausage. I dont know if it was the cashier who messed up my order or whoever packed it but someone wasn't paying attention and it wasn't even busy. There was only 1 other customer in the shop. When I stop in places like this its bc I do not have time to go someplace with better food so I certainly do not have time for them to remake my food. I will be wary about...

I say excuse me, the colada is the wrong flavor. The woman is so miserable she can barely speak English. But she told the manager I was having an attitude. Here comes the manager, a white blonde lady around her 60s. And, say to me, you don't have to have an attitude. You ordered wrong; I will change it, but don't do that again coming here with attitude.
