Again, I left a one star review before due to having orders constantly wrong and missing items, but they have not surprised me by doing it again. My mother was going to go by this location, which she's consistently had bad experiences with them, but went against my advice to drive further to the stars mill location. I advised with food for the entire family, itd be best to do it through the app to minimize any mistakes. Again, this place is a complete scam, which I'm sure or hope thats not intentional, but in a large $40 order, they forgot 2 sandwiches, when only 4 were ordered. She's not the one to leave a review which is why I'm taking the initiative to do so. I can guarantee this family will never use this location again, which she only went tonight for the convenience of its distance from the Publix behind it, due to the other Publix by the star's mill location not having what she needed. Hand on the bible as i say and write this, we have never got a full order from this particular location and would think mistakes like this would cease to exist after it being operational for so long now. Honestly don't know why i can't find more reviews relating to this here, because i know we can't be the only family that has this happen time after time. We should've learned our lesson the first 5+ times of this happening, but while CFA continues to be a weekly thing for us, we will drive the extra distance to other locations. I cant express enough of how angered it makes not only me but the family, who have their fries to eat, yet no $10 sandwich that was ultimately paid for. Read moreThis is very rare for me to do, especially for a Chick-fil-A however I felt that this needed to be addressed so that this problem might be resolved in the future. My family and I have had several instances within the past several months where we were not given everything we paid for. We have had to drive back to the chick-fil-A SEVERAL times in one visit in order to get EVERYTHING that we ordered. Typically our order will consist of two meals: A chick fil A chicken sandwich, medium fry, and chick-fil-A sauce followed by either a market salad or grilled nuggets. It never fails that we have to pull off to the side, check the bag and find several of our items missing. This problem seems to be consistent with each visit. Within the last hour my family just went and picked up dinner for my sister and I with my mom noticing my sister's Chick-fil-A sandwich was missing right off the bat. This was very irritating considering that the Chick-fil-A was not busy at the time and that many of the employees were standing around chit chatting. Finally after addressing this with them once again. My parents get home to find that instead of a bun-less chargrilled sandwich I just received lettuce, tomato, and cheese in a box. Not impressed. And I'm not driving back up there to receive a cold chicken breast...
Read moreChick Fill-a used to be the place to get away from bad customer service, not any more and not at this location. Very rude and condescending service from the Manager at the time(Brittany) made sure this trend remains at this location. The manager made it clear that my opinion at this place was irrelevant and her attitude gave the impressions that she was above any wrong doing. This place has not been fulfilling my orders to an acceptable completion for a while and I brought it to her attention. I’ve been paying extra money for better food but still no improvement. I asked what she was going to do about it and the manager arrogantly and loudly stated that she was not going to do anything about it. I understand that by me not returning to this location won’t hurt business but I hope that my review opens eyes to other costumers and hopefully there’s a change in service for the better.
