Subway — Restaurant in Peachtree City

I had ordered online and money was taken off of my card. So when my husband went to pick it up they had no recollection of my order. Wasn’t in the system. Now I ordered online because I have points, a gift card, and the BOGO. Due to those extras my total was only $35. So when they had no knowledge of my order my husband asked them to just make the sandwiches for the same price. He comes home and says the customer service was terrible. The guy making the sandwiches was extremely rude. But what makes me angry is the price! Wasn’t my $35 it was $52! Angry is definitely an understatement. That’s not even all of it. So I go to open my sandwich and low and behind under one side of my footlong was a short strand of hair. Now our family has dark hair and really love hair at that. Every time I grab a meal from here I get sick. It’s not accidental. First and foremost please cover the produce. I only eat veggie subs, which should be simple enough to make. However the lettuce was starting to wilt (very beginning). All pickled vegetables were definitely starting to expire. I understand this store doesn’t do the business it used to. But cutting corners leads to others well being, being compromised. The owner is very nice ( means well) however the product is deplorable. Very Racist and Rude. They cheat you out of meat. Then when I said hey isn't it supposed to be this amount. The lady threw my other order, talking mess, then run and throws a order card to me yelling I felt assaulted!!! The male had to calm her down. Then when I called my husband he said we can cancel it and you can go. My husband said if you are going to be rude cancel it. Then now he said oh no we can't cancel it. DONT EAT HERE!!!
