McDonald's — Restaurant in Pearl River

I was racially profiled while in the drive thru. I was there on a contracted job getting lunch for me and my other colleagues. I guess it was going to take a while because they were severely busy So she made me park on the side in a drive thru parking spot. Moving forward we waited 32 minutes for our food. When The food came out it was severely old and cold. I asked the young lady in the window that served me if she can give me fresh food. She said that was fine. She went into the building and never came back out. I got back in line to see what the wait was all about. When I got to the window and asked for the manager a lady by the name of Shelby came to the window going off and yelling at me about how she was not going to make any fresh food. I than asked for a refund and she denied me of my refund. I was forced to call the authorities due to her not giving me my money back and forcing me to keep the bad food. Once the officer arrived she told him I was there trying to cause problems. Not to mention I had a 30 min lunch break and everything else was closed. The officer told me that I was than banned from ever eating at the establishment again. What hurt the most is that I went there every morning to buy my frappes for my office colleagues. I have never been treat so badly in my life I have never eating...

Today at approximately 2PM I went through the drive thru at your Pearl River McDonalds. (about 4 minutes from my home/business) I ordered:1 of the new Deluxe Chicken sandwiches - It was OK1 Double Filet o fish sandwich large combo with no tartar sauce. It was tagged as special with a "No Tartar Sauce" The tag was number 1276. It had gobs of tartar sauce even on the outside of the bun. I am allergic to tartar sauce & Mayonnaise so . I of course could not eat it.Then the large fries were dripping with old grease. And the large ice tea had no straw.2 apple pies - they were literally refrigerated. Not to harp on it but there was no receipt in the bag which was torn a bit at the bottom corner. Guess what, this was the BEST experience I've had at this McDonalds over the past year+.  Ray Maskers SR would NEVER have allowed this to be the normal.I don't buy fast food much anymore because of the downturn in the quality that have occurred and the screaming they will do if you go back through the drive thru to return the food. This time I couldn't even do that because they didn't place the receipt in the bag. I'm just out $16.42 for this garbage. I don't ever expect them to have ice cream or milk shakes any more. I used to make a special trip just to come to this location it was usually the cleanest best McDonald's around. Not anymore. I walked in with my family and they were very rude. I did my best not to cause a problem but the person taking orders was very rude and confused by a simple order. It says on the menu Board a combo comes with a drink, medium fries or a side salad. Could not get him to understand that . All I wanted was a chicken sandwich with a side salad instead of fries and my family with me got the same exact thing once they saw how messed up he was. Anymore than a happy meal messed his brain up. And he made sure we knew it by huffing and puffing and making rude noises like I really had a complicated order. Then after we got the food it wasn't worth eating. That will be my last time here wish I could...
