I'm very disappointed at the service I've been getting lately. At first everything was fine but as the more I kept going things started to spiral downward. I noticed there's a young guy at the window and he seems to constantly be on his cell phone texting or messaging whoever instead of taking my payment and making sure my order is being done. My last snowball I had had lots of dry patches in the top I was wondering if they were having a shortage of flavor. I also had to drive around and wait behind three cars which took almost 30 minutes I guess I could assume it had more than one person wanting shaved ice. But I had to wait an additional 30 minutes when I finally got to the window I was told to park in the front where I patiently kept waiting for someone to bring my fresh remade shaved ice to me. Finally it had to be a manager in a blue shirt that brought it to me and it's still yet had dry patches on it at that point I was just completely over it I just wanted to leave I've waited almost an hour for something that should have been done correctly the first time. Not to mention as I was pulling away from the drive-thru the young man threw a piece of ice at the back of my car his excuse was he was trying to get my attention but I'm very appalled that he did that I mean who does that to a customer's car whether it's ice or not. All I ask for is great service that's why I started to come back over and over in the first place now I don't know what to expect every time I come.... whatever manager is reviewing these comments I hope you pay attention to these comments and get with your staff and let them know how to make your location much better than what we all have been getting lately.    Read moreThe experience was horrible, the snow cones were terrible my 9yr old didn't want to keep her snow cone we both returned the snow cones for refund realizing they tasted like water. We saw her putting too much water and not enough flavoring. Even after driving back to get more flavoring. I am glad they were not first experience and Sugar Land was our 1st-3rd experience. They need to be trained by the Sugar Land team. We are team Sugar Land and will never come back to the Pearland location. I asked if there was a manager and she said "No" I said that's okay I will contact The corporate office. My 9 year old point out she was on her cell phone. She got off her cell phone put her phone down and touched our snow cones with out washing or sanitizing here hands after touching her germ infested phone. Yuck like I said THE worst experience ever. We started going the day they opened up for business.
At first the store was extremely clean and inviting and the shaved ice were excellent.
Three years later the store is very dirty and the employees are not actively cleaning at any time. Not very engaging also.
Every table was sticky and dirty. The floors were also dirty and sticky throughout the store. The men's restroom had no soap and paper towel dispenser was broken. Women's restaurant was dirty and had a store-bought soap with a pump instead of the normal dispenser.
The front of the store needs to be power washed asap. It was extremely bad. The sidewalk near front doors has turned black
Not exactly sure what has happened to this location but it's definitely not up to the brand standards that Bahama Buck's has.
We go to the Missouri City location as well and that store is as clean today as it was when it opened.
Hopefully Bahama Buck's Corporate will step in and do something otherwise this location will probably not be around too much longer. This is like the third visit in a row in which we encountered the same conditions. The shaved ice is...
