Pho Vi-Vi — Restaurant in Pearland

Ordered Uber eats from the Pho VI Vi that I assumed was in Pasadena (closest to my house and consistently delicious). For some reason I ended up getting food from this location. Not only did it take about an hour and a half to arrive, it was dried out and disgusting when it finally did. I paid a $1.50 upcharge (×2) for the noodles, which ended up being more like spaghetti noodles vs. the rice noodles that I paid extra for. The orange and general tso chicken was worse than the cheapest chinese buffet that you could ever imagine... 98% breading to 2% chicken. When I called the restaurant, I was informed by the employee who answered the phone that it was not there problem and that I needed to deal with Uber Eats. • OVERCHARGED ON EVERYTHING I ORDERED first thing first the food was good but portions were a bit on the smaller side so i can at least compliment them there but the service was terrible i understand they only have a small staff but food coming before drinks, no refills since lack of attention, and also the fact that they overcharged on every thing i ordered. everything was $1 more on my check then on the menu? like how can that even be legal or allowed. for reference check the menu and you can see the prices are upped and that’s after lack luster service and small portions. the worst part is i even called about it and was told that she’s looking at the menu and the prices reflect what she charged me which was a direct lie and that’s after i tipped well. good food but shady business i would probably just eat and the plenty of other vietnamese restaurants before...

Food was great as always, service was horrible. I told the waitress as I paid the bill her service wasn’t worth the $22 tip but since I just got out of church I felt that I need not make a scene and went ahead and paid it. I told her she could have at least cleaned the table off of all dishes while my family sat and talked and she used no response just a smirk like she didn’t care. I promise next time I won’t be so nice. Tip will be removed. Update 12/22/24, just left and the food was again wonderful but the service as usual was horrible. Just expect to have great food and horrible service. This time I left no tip and will continue to until they figure out why they’re not making no tip money or read their reviews.
