Rollie's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Pearland

I went to Rollies today and I like their frozen custard! Unfortunately my review is 2 starts because of their customer service. I got my order taken and then waitited right after me and my kids their was another family with a much bigger order then ours. I guess they knew them or something because they girl that always takes the order was making conversation with them. This whole time they other young lady was in the back just walking around. When she was done taking their order they other girl started working on it and totally skip ours!! The cashier then proceeded to the back to be on her phone!! There was also another young gentleman that's was show walking around doing something with the machine but then walk to the back and started talking to the girl that takes the orders! That's was the worse...

omgssssshhhhh!!! Why have I not been sooner? This place is a gem! First I want to say thank you to the ENTIRE staff at Rollie's. You have no idea how meaningful it is to enter a place of business and be greeted with a warm smile AND get great service. Each time I've been, everyone has been very nice and welcoming, always letting us try their new flavors, and they are always fast!

I have a very sweet spot in my heart for black owned businesses with great customer service, this places takes the take. I would say this place and Jimmy Changas has the best customer services I've ever experienced since moving to the Houston area.

My custard recommendation so far: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (daily special) and the Strawberry Shortcake...

This was my first time ordering from here. I ordered two banana splits. I added butterscotch on one of them. The custard was excellent. It brought me back to The Bronx, where I grew up. The overall banana split was perfect. It had the right amount of everything. The only problem was that they forgot to add the butterscotch, but that was okay. I get that sometimes establishments get busy. I will not be deterred from ordering from here again. I placed my order through Door Dash, and I liked the personalized bag that said thank you, along with my name. Sometimes things like that make a place stand out. I can’t wait to try some of the flavors. The only problem was that I did not take a picture before devouring it....
