Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Pelham

The Pelham store has horrible customer service. Firstly, I was not notified that my pizza was delivered, as I was tracking it through the app, so after 45 minutes of waiting I figured I would see if it had been left at the door. I look and see that the pizza box is open and there’s only two slices of half eaten pizza in it. I then had to walk halfway down the driveway to find the rest of my order. Upon discovering this and calling the store, they gave the excuse that the app wasn’t working (it miraculously did once I ended the call 🤔). They never once offered to replace the pizza, but to give me a free pizza next time. I then requested that they send us one and was told that I would have to pick it up. I told them that I wasn’t going to pick it up and that I would like it delivered. I was then told it would be a 40 minute wait as they’re busy. I know it’s just pizza but if I had made a mistake I would try to make it right as soon as possible. I’m currently still without the replacement pizza that they’re supposedly sending. 0/10 won’t be ordering from this...

Currently having issues with whoever is on the phone. We ordered one small pizza, 2 extra large pizzas and boneless chicken. I was in the room when my mother-in-law ordered the food, and heard the lady repeat the order back on speaker phone. 2 xlarge pizzas, a small pizza, and boneless chicken. We get handed 1 small, 1 xlarge, and one boneless chicken and get charged almost $60 for it. Lady on the phone ( 7: 10pm on Saturday 11/4/23) when we called back promises she remembered and there was no 2nd xlarge pizza. When we were literally charged for it. And she is making us pay for a new pizza because she doesn't remember. Will NEVER order from this establishment again, because...

Tried ordering a sandwich but young lady couldn’t understand me?? Then I had to resort to pointing at a different sandwich! I ordered a Philly cheese steak young lady utilized no gloves and coughed the entire time.
