Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pelham

Pull up around 5:18am to grab a mobile order placed at 5:14 doors are locked. I see two workers inside but shrug it off and pull up behind the car sitting in the drive thru in front of the board that's glowing away completely on. After a few minutes this car leaves. Another few minutes the car behind me leaves. I get no voice over the box so I find the phone number to the store as I watch TWO associates running around. I am told on the phone they haven't gotten one Mobil order, I will not get my money back and they won't be open til 6, because the associate on the phone tells me she is the only one there and cannot make orders even in drive thru. I know there was two people so thats the first lie. The board is lit up and technically you open at 5 not six. So I do not believe they didn't get my mobile order they just refused to deal with me. So from 5:22 til "6" as she said when they will open I'm sure dunkins will make so much more of a profit while they steal people's mobile app money and refuse to make coffee or refund. stopped in on my way home from Hannaford's. I waited patiently at the register, I could have robbed the place and no one would have even known, eventually a girl came out of the back, looked at me, didn't acknowledge my presence at all, no "ill be right with you", no " sorry for your wait", she just kneeled down put the sleeve of cups she had away, and then approached the register and said (with a eye roll and a sigh) "can I help you", felt like I should be apologizing for bothering her. I ordered 2 Ice coffees and proceeded to wait(both tasted so horribly watered down I hesitated going back in but decided wasn't worth wasting time waiting to be acknowledged again or the argument I'm sure I would have gotten), I prepared my straw to go into my coffee and was about to toss it in the trash but there was no bag, no barrel in the hole, so was forced to put my trash in my pocket to dispose at a later time. absolutely the worst in the CAFUA chain so far that I've come across. And this store used to be the best in the area years ago too...sad to see it go down...

Got out of work and decided to get a large iced macchiato before my ride came to pick me up worst decision I made I got a large cup of flavored Irish cream milk the girl put maybe a single shot of espresso in it …… every other dunkin usually makes it right …. So I paid 5.20 for flavored milk seriously how can you not make this right this is the ONLY dunkin that can’t make anything right it’s honestly pathetic….. just seems like nobody at this dunkin cares about any of their customers if they mess up on your coffee they are giving attitude hence why I didn’t bother it would’ve just added insult to injury basically ….. then it gets worse I get harassed by a customer that’s sitting in the dining area saying hateful things to me are you joking old guy I mean really !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was easily the very WORST experience I’ve ever had in public in my entire life will NEVER ever come back here and I advise other people to not waste their time and...
