This used to be one of the best dunks around, they where fast, friendly, and accurate, now it's not uncommon to wait 10-15 min in the drive thru and get an undrinkable coffee. today was a 20min wait to get the wrong coffee, and another 15 min waiting at the counter before I just gave up and left. Apparently, this establishment is all about the money, not the customer or customer service. I should have known after seeing the sign on the door saying, "Restrooms are for PAYING customers only."
