Taco John's — Restaurant in Pella

We came here and the service was absolute horrible Bobby C was rude when we ordered and then when we came to get our food at the window we let them know that we had two orders and Bobby came to the window shouting that the orders come as they are ordered, which we are very aware of and we’re simply letting her know that we had two separate orders so she knew the next one was also ours. Then, we didn’t receive our nacho cheese or the second half of our order that we had to sit and wait for while we heard the woman and Bobby complaining that we were just trying to get what we paid for. We were very calm and respectful despite the way they treated us. We will NOT be coming back and we will let all of our friends and family know the experience we had. The legendary Taco John's was talked up for years by my Midwest friends and it didn't disappoint. Definitely not authentic Mexican, nor is it trying to be. Legit Gringo Mex though! Everything I had was the perfect answer to the morning/midday munchies. They have cheap bags of ice which I heard about through word of mouth. We always experience friendly, fast, service at Pella's Taco John's! The food is always prepared correctly, (I am a picky eater, so always order things "special" or different from the norm and they are always made exactly as I order them!)
