Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Pemberton Township

Dairy Queen is one of the oldest best places around. The current owner has had the store for 17 years and he worked there before he owned the DQ.

I think practically everyone knows DQ! So the only way to improve the product is with the customer service. The DQ ice cream servers here are very welcoming, saying hello to everyone who comes through the door.

Small children are treated with kindness. Small samples are provided for people like me who have a hard time deciding. Ice cream cakes are always in stock and decorating can be done with advance notice; 'Happy Birthday John or Jill' can be done immediately.

We have few family traditions but DQ ice cream cakes are one of them. Even now that are children are adults we still get together to celebrate another...

I go into Dairy Queen and asked for a small cookies and cream milkshake the lady proceeded to pump something inside the cup I realize the cup was too small then I asked her politely sorry can I have a medium instead she says rudely no you can’t because I started already i was upset and walked out I mean what’s the difference if I’m paying more for a medium she could have handled that situation differently especially when she’s working in a customer service field being pregnant, emotional and having cravings and then having a cashier not meet your needs when they could have been met sucks I just want to avoid going to Dairy Queen altogether 👇🏼 (Dairyqueen General policies) down below I guess people...

My pop and I stop thru on my way home from work daily (except the past week or two when he went on an Alaskan cruise) and we typically get a cone each. I'm known for both by sarcastic personality and straight forward nature, and extremely outspoken. I get these traits from him. I think he ruffled a few feathers one of the first times we went in bc it seems one woman tends to short him with the amount of custard on his cone. No big deal, I know, but I think he's getting fed up, and if he speaks up, he will make her cry. Other than that, I dig the place.
