Unfortunately, this business does not value the time of their patrons. Their hours are 11-8, not 10-9. We’re not expected to guess what times certain business in the mall are open until. The first time I spent 20 mins drive, gas, money to get here, I waited an addtl. half hour because they weren’t open yet. Waste of time, but fine. The second time I drove 20mins one way to eat here, I could not get served. I had to turn around and head 20mins home with no food.

Cashier is ok except the So called assistant manager that telling me how their system works and that told me after a previous customer used a valid coupon that their system is not allowing them to take coupons. Is it my fault that their system is not working and it happens tobe my turn to pay?
