Round1 Spo-cha — Attraction in Pembroke Pines

The establishment itself is wonderful and a fantastic all in one spot for families. However, the customer service is horrible, I mean this is my third visit and I doubt I'll ever come back. This particular time the food manager, they said her name is Jessica. Her customer service amd organization was incredibly rude. I was waiting in line si ply for ice cream, I don't know about no other customer, but the one before me and i ordered before her. I was waiting there while Jessica fixes that party order and when I attempted to give her my order she took two women before me, saying they were there before me. That could have been true, however, I was in front of the ice cream window, first in line, so to me they weren't there before and of so I was there first at that particular spot, while they waited on their food. She begins to tell me I'm trying to jump line, that my party wasny before all of these people and basically used a threatening to e saying " do you want a refund, because I don't have to deal with rude customers" I told her I wanted my ice cream and if she frustrated she needs to go take a break, because from what I can see and the person behind me, I was first. She proceeded to take the three people in front of me and then left the ice cream window, leaving me to wait another another five min before the next person came and served me. Every single time I visit this place customer service is horrible. My husband went up stairs to get ice cream and that person told him, he not serving ice cream because it takes to long, he only doing sodas. Last time the food was half cooked, during a family member party. Like I said prior the place is a fantastic idea, but the customer service is horrible...... let's not negate the exceptional pleasant customer service I received from Ashlita, she was the best I had from each time I came....and when you ask to speak to a manager they act like it's nothing, that your concerns...

Went there with my nephew. Round1 Spo-cha provided an overall enjoyable and fun-filled experience. The arcade was well-organized and boasted a variety of games that catered to all tastes. Our delight was twofold when we emerged victorious, clutching two adorable Sonic dolls from the claw machines. Their winnable games definitely set them apart from many other arcades.

Their bowling alley was a great way to take a break from the electronic games. It provided an energetic, yet comfortable atmosphere, although the equipment could benefit from some minor updates.

Unexpectedly, Round1 Spo-cha offers more than just games - their ice cream was a real treat. It was a refreshing pause amidst the lively gaming environment, though their overall food selection could be expanded.

The staff, while not overly engaging, were reasonably helpful and ensured that our gaming experience went smoothly. However, one area where improvement is needed is the maintenance of the restrooms. Regular cleaning throughout the day would have elevated the overall experience.

Despite this, Round1 Spo-cha offers a solid outing for arcade lovers. With a bit of attention to detail, especially regarding the cleanliness of facilities, it could easily become a top-tier entertainment destination. For now, it holds a strong 4-star...

I'm honestly so disappointed and I never really say much about anything but unfortunately my.experience was HORRIBLE. Thank goodness the family and my child had fun no matter what. I had a 22 party event and for the smallest individual (5months old ) to the oldest adult 82. I had to pay for every full price.

I ended up getting appetizers and extra food for the party and rented my room from 2-4. The drinks didn't come till 3 pm.. and we only got ONE refill of coke. They didn't provide any napkins and the plates and cups were counted. They didn't provide any cutlery. Everyone was hungry the food didn't come up till 340 and the food was not even complete. So we rushed to eat and sing happy birthday to my child.

It was nearly $800+ for a party with very minimal attention and or help. Mind you the karaoke in the room never worked and we didn't even get music in the room till 3 pm. If I could put this on the BBB I will. Honestly what a mess of a place. I'm so disappointed because it has the potential of being so much more for the kids and unfortunately it's not being ran appropriately.

Like i said they didn't even refill the water. And cherry on top: the AC in our room didn't work so our party was sweating the...
