McDonald's — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

Some of these people including some managers are rude. I order 2 sauage biscuits for an elderly lady i take care of, i politely ask if she could have a soft biscuits because of her teeth and they serve her 2 hard biscuits that was harder then a boil egg🍙. Then i ask for it to be done correctly and the manager kept stressing the biscuit was fresh now at this time she had an attitude and go back and forward with me. By this time the lady i take care of ask for her money back. The manager raises her voice at a 74yrs lil lady 🗣 saying this is unbelievable she has the cook remaking the sausage biscuits, so i said to her ma'am thats what we was asking for in the first place before you started with an attitude and i went slap off on her telling her that she need to have some respect for my patient because that could be her grandmother or mother she talking to like that. There is one lady there is veryyyyy nice her name is Ms Marie a lil hatian lady who does her job very well, i went there a few times before that incident and this lady is very pleasant she will tell me to check the food before leaving...

I was in line waiting to pick up a Postmates order. The lady manager that was preparing asked me before hand if I had a pick up order, I responded yes order number 166 for Jennifer. When the order was prepared she asked me to show her the pick up order in a rude manner. Me guessing cause I didnt have My phone which was in my car charging. I came back with the phone showing her my current pick-up order that clearly says everything to the food and the order number, the lady manager told me that she doesnt see it on my phone. After pointing to where it exactly says the order number. Manager then grabs and holds my phone close to her knowing well she can already see the order number in BIG numbers. After she confirms its the right order number she doesnt even hand me the food, after waiting a couple seconds I decided to grab the food and drinks OVER THE COUNTER MYSELF. Went in today and purchased 3 10pc McNuggets (30 in total, obviously), service was horrible, The lady who gave me my order just placed it on the counter and walked off. She didn't bother asking if I'd like any sauce with my order or anything. When I did ASK the CASHIER for KETCHUP and MAYO (Something so simple, right!?!) One of the ladies jumped in from the left of the Cashier station (Who was at least in her mid to late 30's and was of african decent) rudely snapped and told me "I CAN ONLY GET 4-5 PACKETS!" I simply asked for a hand full. Which in reality, is simply 8 packets roughly each. I didn't ask for massive amounts.
