My wife, daughter and I have been here multiple times since it has opened. I hesitate to write this review because I don't want this place getting so busy that we can't get a table there. But I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. So far we've taken friends and multiple family members and every time it has been spectacular. The attached pictures are from our first visit where we had the Frittura for appetizer. It is really fantastic and we have ordered it every time we've been back. The calamari & shrimp are very lightly battered and flash-fried. The batter is not over-bearing at all and you can really taste how fresh the seafood is because it can't hide behind heavy better. The aioli it comes with is very light and also ensures you taste the freshness of the seafood.

On the first visit, I had the Fettucine & Meatballs. The pasta is fantastic, the meatballs are flavorful & tender and the sauce is very light, tasty and not acidic at all (I've never had heartburn after having dinner here, which is impressive for me after having Italian food). My wife had the Tagliolini Cacio & Pepe on our first visit (and every single time we've gone back). It is finished tableside in a cheese wheel as you can see in my attached picture. Of all the entrees we've had on all our visits, this is the best we've had (hence my wife ordering it every time). I didn't get a picture, but we also had the Cannoli for dessert. It is the best cannoli we've ever had. One order comes with two cannoli and you can get them filled with either ricotta or Nutella. Both are fantastic, but we prefer the ricotta as the Nutella is a bit too rich to have filled in a cannoli.

On subsequent visits, we've tried a bunch of other dishes. We've had Burrata & Prosciutto: cheese is perfect and the prosciutto is very good/not stringy or too salty. We've also had two different pizzas as appetizers. The Truffle pizza is fantastic and the Meat Lover is also very good. The crust is perfectly crispy. I've had the Bucatini Carbonara: pasta and sauce are very good (as is always the case here), but the guanciale was not to my taste. I've had the Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo: fantastic and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. We've also had the Tiramisu and Caramel Cheesecake for dessert. Both were absolutely fantastic.

All-in-all, I cannot recommend Prosecco22 enough. Chef Mimmo has been there every time we've been and he's always been very warm and welcoming. If you visit, you will not be disappointed.

UPDATE: Went back again tonight after a short break from going regularly. Friday & Saturday, you must have a reservation if you want to get in! Couldn't be happier to see Chef Mimmo's success. Another fantastic night, thanks so much to Chef...

I have been to Olive Garden once in the last 15 years. If you are not sure why, this review may not resonate with you. Having said that, for perspective, I would rather have had my 50th party at Olive Garden than to ever be forced to endure the poor quality and effort that was my recent dining experience at this restaurant. To be clear, the staff was very nice and it seemed as though they were trying their best. This is not about them. You can only drop so many little flowers on a plate to try to make what is an otherwise lowest quality meal appear to be something else. I will not go through the details of each dish but we tried multiple dishes and clearly some of the food was reheated and the only one that was even edible (the lobster ravioli) was likely out of a bag or was otherwise clearly not fresh.

One other strong suspicion though I cannot say for sure. The restaurant was so poor that upon delving into the recent reviews we noticed a pattern in the quantity, timing and use of verbiage that at least suggest to me (though I admit I cannot prove it) that the reviewers may not be actual diners. For example, there were allegedly 3 five star reviews at almost exactly the same time on a particular day . Highly implausible.

Finally, before I the owner sends the obligatory response, I would ask the owner to answer the following questions in your response.

Is your Caesar dressing out of a jar or can? Is your tomato sauce out of a jar or can? Have you ever hired or retained anyone to write reviews for you without regard to whether they were actual customers?

I only sent back one dish at this terrible place because I just couldn't be bothered but in case it isn't evident, my outrage at being subjected to the poor quality and poor decision-making of this restaurant's management leads me to feel compelled to urge you to...

Stepping into Prosecco 22 felt like being transported to a cozy trattoria in the Italian countryside. The warm red walls, intimate lighting, created a welcoming vibe. We dined here as part of a bachelorette celebration and appreciated that they offer a private dining room for special events—perfect for groups!

We started with a classic selection of Italian appetizers: Bruschetta – Lightly toasted bread topped with bright, juicy tomatoes, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil. It tasted so fresh and vibrant. Love the Italian Meatballs. It was perfect sizing, tender, flavorful in a rich, tomato sauce. Perfectly seasoned and comforting. The Burrata & Prosciutto so worth having! The burrata was creamy, and perfectly balanced by the salty, paper-thin slices of prosciutto. It’s like it melted in my mouth. For the main, we ordered two traditional pasta dishes that absolutely delivered: Cacio e Pepe which was served tableside in a parmesan wheel. The bolognese a combination of pomodoro, pork and beef - meaty, and full of flavor with a little hint of sweetness from the tomatoes. It was comforting and so satisfying.

I’m not a big tomato girl—usually get heartburn—but everything was so fresh and balanced that I felt great afterward. That says a lot!

You know dessert was a must! I tried the tiramisu – Light, creamy, and not overly sweet. A well-balanced classic. Omg the Caramel Cheesecake is a must! Kind of a silky texture from the Carmel but decadent just the same - divine.

Our server, Christian, was amazing—attentive, efficient, and incredibly patient with our group. The food came out timely, and everyone at the table left full and happy.

Highly recommend...

Folks, I'm real and my reviews are real.  I do them with the expectation that it is helping prospective customers and hopefully the establishment can make corrections. With that being said, both Yelp and Google showed great reviews about this restaurant, in hindsight the negative reviews strongly reflect our dining experience.  Today, I brought my family for dinner in celebration of my girlfriend's birthday. From the onset, the waiter lacked basic customer service skills. Having not been asked, We expressed it was our first time there (and usually you'd get a response where the waiter welcomes you and walks you through the menu etc.),  unfortunately that was not the case.  In  the spirit of keeping this review short, I won't share more than I have to, but here goes: The food quality left much to be desired. We ordered three pasta dishes, (carbonara, Alfredo and tomato sauce) as well as the lemon chicken, and the 12 oz ribeye. The food arrived in less than 15 minutes which should of  been a red flag. I get the restaurant was empty, but I believe the food was reheated and it did not taste fresh. The pastas lacked flavor, the chicken was gummy and the ribeye did not have the smallest sear, in fact it was completely gray.  We all tasted each dish, and plate after plate it just got worse.  EVERYTHING tasted old, reheated, or as of an amateur cook made it.  I'm not Italian but I can tell you this is not authentic Italian food. I don't like leaving these types of reviews, but It was just an overall bad experience.  I do not recommend and cannot for the life of me understand how this place can be rated higher than a 2.
