Horrible. Chinese lady was extremely unprofessional. After choosing the bread she took me to the register to pay before putting together the sandwich!! Lmao. Then, I stopped her to tell her that I actually wanted another sandwich made and ask why she was rushing me. Omg! The second sandwich was a bacon chicken sandwich #20 on the menu. She kept asking me what to put on the sandwich after I consistently kept telling her to make it the way it's on the menu. Isn't that the job to know how to make the sandwiches?! Lol. She said she wear glasses a d can't see the menu just tell her...lol..oh my!! Then she pushed the sandwhich after I paid like if she was rushing me out....that's my second time coming there. When I read the reviews I couldn’t believe the woman in the pictures was as bad as they described. Rewind, I went in a few weeks ago and was served by another individual who tried to throw us (my service dog and I) out. He then went on to ask questions that weren’t in compliance with the ADA. Fast forward to yesterday, this lady was the most disrespectful fast food worker I have seen in a long time. Won’t speak to you. Ignores your questions. Dismisses you’re questions on specials. I walked out. She took her gloves off and grabbed her cell phone and walked to the back. The manager needs to clean house here....

I have never complained of any restaurant at all , but this time I have to. I came to your store at 19471 Sheridan st . I wanted a couple sandwiches and the lady working that day ( looked Asian ) said I would have to wait at least 15 min to be served. She said she had an online order of 6 sandwiches and she could not attend me . I will never , ever go to this location again. It wasn't the wait that got me annoyed , but the way and tone that she told me . And one employee on a Sunday at 12:45 pm (lunch time ) very poor...
