I had an awful experience with customer service. I walked in at 12 p.m. on 9/11/2024 and was not greeted. I asked a woman with braids, wearing a black shirt, for two 6-inch subs with white bread and turkey. She ignored me and kept asking, “What can I get for you?” even as I repeated my order. She never took my order, so I ended up leaving. This kind of service is unacceptable and has cost your business a potential customer...

Don't ever call them. They say they're open at 7 am I go to call them at 7:07 and they never pick up the phone. I have called three so far all the same thing one of them being this one. Terrible service now I don't have lunch today....
